Ashfield Co-Living - Private Room Self-Cater

It’s a nice property all surrounded by greenery. The check-in and checkout was very simple. Room is comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped. There was no disturbance from other guests staying in co-sharing. Nice and peaceful. The staff communicating over the watsapp and booking app was very courteous and accommodating.

Kitchen was sometimes quite dirty so did not use the kitchen at all. Water was clogging in the washroom in the bath area. As a suggestion, I think you should add housekeeping to the stay if a guest stays more than a week.

Although we never have contact with any member of the staff due to the nature of the accommodation, they have been super helpful with some initial problems I had with the water boiler and the heater, and managed to send someone to help us while we were away. Special thank you to Axelle and Cristy for being the biggest help! The check in information was very clear and overall we were very satisfied with the house. We saw some pictures of some other rooms that were a little more spacious than the one we were in but it's okay, the fact that the assigning of the rooms is random makes it so that we can't always have the bigger room and that's okay, it was still comfortable and suitable for my mom and I. If you enjoy walking then you can get to the city centre in a 1h walk, which I did multiple times and it was okay, but if not then there are bus stops nearby and an Uber will range between 8 to 12 pounds for that 10 minute trip. The fact that it is a shared accommodation always makes it so that you have to reply on the good sense of other people. Unfortunately some people staying at the same time as we did always left the lights on and left dirty dishes in the sink for 3 days but we just did our own thing and washed our own things and turned off the lights whenever we saw that they were on. It is just a shame that some people do not respect the house rules.

I liked the downstairs area it was nice, I also liked the area as was next to shops.

I didnt like my bed and I am not sure why they tale a £50 Deposit which came out but I cant see it go back in and they said it will go after 3 days it's been 5 days still nothing had to take out my own trash :/ bed was not comfortable and didnt have extra pillows had one pillow on top of the wardrobe and that was really filthy unfortunately.Toilet is extremely small and I couldn't pee or do anything properly as was so very small.
