The bedroom was really comfy and clean as well as the bathroom. Lovely hosts
There was no tv in the room but that didn’t really affect us as we were only there for one night

Great location for a gig in Academy. Easy to find and hosts are friendly. Bed is comfortable and the room is clean.
The apartment needs maintenance. There's a literal hole in the floor in the bathroom which was covered by a mat so I nearly turned my ankle. The blinds in the bedroom are insufficient for the window, old and missing a few bits. Needs some proper curtains. Overall the place is worn and needs some tlc but can't argue with the price.

It’s a very good location just outside the city centre, very convenient. Compared to other accommodation options in Manchester it was rather inexpensive.
There was a bit of a musty smell. Everything was clean, just run down and rather basic.

Owner was nice and location was safe and convenient
Not very clean..the building entrance,corridors and room smells bad. No hot water in bathroom and Not even a single mirror is available in the room. I had to take my makeup kit to bathroom to get ready which was not very hygienic.
