it had an en suite bathroom, access to a joint kitchen area with fridge, cooker, microwave, washing machine. Athough the washing machine had the same washing in it from the sunday (day of arrival) to the Thursday after requesting from the landlord to request it was moved.
the decor could be updated a little more and the cleanliness of the entrance.
the carpets and furnishings would benefit from an upgrade.
there could be a light at the entrance to support gaining entry and the guttering being fixed as it had a leak and when it rained you get wet when trying to put in the code due to the crack in the guttering above the door.
