The staffs Eissa was exceptionally nice , polite and helpful
I had to drop my luggage before checking and he was very nice about it
It is an old building so you can hear your neighbors when they do loud stuffs
But luckily the people were very quite so I was lucky

We didn't get breakfast,we were woken every 30 minutes,by the plumbing it was really noisy all night ,but the staff member was so lovely when we arrived and sorted a taxi out for us and told us where we could get good food ,which was really helpful .

The owner was very nice but I have to wait for the room to be cleaned and ready at 5pm.
The room is cold needs to have the portable heater on near. The shower is cold. The noise from the outside and the door at the front banging can be heard inside the room. Not value for money. The bed is comfy but too low.
