Perfect location for going to Manchester Academy

We liked the location: super close to the Academy venue. We liked that the room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The private bathroom was clean and the shower was fantastic, good pressure, easy to work, clean and towels provided. Even soap was provided. We didn't meet any staff but spoke to one through the Ring doorbell and they were super helpful and patient with letting us in. WiFi was much appreciated. Window was easy to work to let a breeze in. Checkout was easy too. This was perfect for a no frills, budget overnight safe place to stay. I'd come back again.

The area is dirty outside and grotty. But that's the neighbourhood. The actual front area of the house could do with some love/welcoming vibe/lick of paint, and a good sweep: I stumbled over a takeaway box that was left discarded on the ground. The house looks grim on the outside but inside is fine. It smells musty upon entry, like an old grandparents house but that's forgiveable. A hand towel in the bathroom would be helpful.

Close to the academy venue. Very comfortable bed and a shower which is handy Friendly staff who recommended places for food and to visit.

Very warm, especially during heatwaves and shower wasn’t amazing

The owner was very nice but I have to wait for the room to be cleaned and ready at 5pm.

The room is cold needs to have the portable heater on near. The shower is cold. The noise from the outside and the door at the front banging can be heard inside the room. Not value for money. The bed is comfy but too low.
