Good location, helpful staff, quiet neighbourhood.
Not really bad, but have a kettle in the room would be a nice thing.

The room was clean, big enough, balcony was comfortable and staff was super friendly and nice.
We had a hole in the cieling, actually two of them (one next to light, one inside the closet), that's why we had a visitor in our room - a 25-30cm gecko. The staff was super responsive and came right away, but the holes should be covered with plaster to prevent this kind of encouters in the future.

Nice rooms! Clean, great balcony and nice bed.
Don't stay here if you don't drive a bike. It's right between the busiest road on koh Tao and a really steep, unlit hill. We walked during our stay and we were after just a day or two quite annoyed by the difficult walk between the beach and this accommodation.
