Suzanne's house, nestled in the heart of the Domaine de Grosmesnil, offers an ideal setting for stays with family or friends.
Completely renovated in 2022, this spacious 120 m² cottage can accommodate up to 8 people and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, guaranteeing optimal comfort and privacy for everyone.
With its warm living spaces and its equipped kitchen, it is perfect for sharing convivial moments.
Outside, enjoy the terrace and garden to relax in the sun or host alfresco dining. Treat yourself to a getaway where authentic charm meets modern comforts.
You will have access to a mini-farm as well as a padel court on the property during your stay!

On the first floor, you will find:
- a large living room/lounge (flat screen TV),
- a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob),
- a master bedroom (1 double bed 160*200),
- a bathroom with double sink,
- a separate toilet.

- 1 master bedroom (1 double bed 160*200, 1 baby bed with wooden bars) with a small private bathroom
- 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90*190)

This semi-detached house has an enclosed and private garden where you will find a beautiful exotic wood terrace of 28 m² with a beautiful garden table and teak chairs.

Great stay, originally booked a larger villa at the same address, but had to switch to a smaller property following a few cancellations on our side. Owner was very friendly and the property was perfect.

The holiday home ‘Suzanne’ is a perfect place to stay in Normandy. The house is very spacious and modern. There are many facilities like 3 bathrooms, a nice kitchen and the garden is a great place to relax on summer days. Also, the owner is very friendly too. We can recommend it.
