The White House - Serviced Residences by Cove & Belle Living

Location was excellent, staff friendly and apartment was clean.

We found it very noisy due to the road noise and construction going on.

Convenience and accessibility to restaurants bus taxis groceries etc

Location was good

The living room was very small. Also, in picture one of the bedroom was shown big but actually both rooms were small.

Great location. Close to Bugis station. Restaurants on the ground floor. 10min walk to little India and the Arab Quarter. 20min to Clark Quay. 30min walk to Marina Bay. Sheets and towels were clean. Lift worked. 12noon checkout time on leave day is convenient.

Marketed as a ‘family’ room but had several features not suitable for children - including weird bathroom doors that would only stay shut with a latch about 1.5m high. Only 2 chairs - so no ability for more than 2 people to sit and eat together. (Despite accomodation capacity of 5) The TV was located in a narrow room where it would be impossible to sit further than 2m back from the screen. When we arrived we saw a notice of external wall painting (not told when we booked). One of the bedrooms has no external windows. The kitchen window is frosted so the advertised ‘city views’ are not visible. The accomodation sent us messages at 7:30am to complete check in - when we arrived 11pm the night before.
