The spacious room was very clean.
The bed was very firm, which I love.
Well furnished communal facilities.
Staff mostly friendly and helpful, particularly Kyle, Jerry, and the night staff. Everyone in the cleaning team was superb.
The location is very convenient for bus and train services, as well as shops and restaurants.
The air-conditioner was noisy at night with a "whooshing" sound. (I stayed in Room A225)
May I suggest that a dustpan and brush be available as shared items for when I want to sweep up something in my room.

Peaceful and central.
Cleaning every 3rd day. I stayed for 10days. Every 3rd day they clean the place but they cleaned my room only twice.

Great location. Affordable.
The room was smaller than the pictures indicated online. Furthermore it felt a bit "run down" due to peeling paint, rust on the bathroom and generally flimsy condition of the cupboards .
