Heritage Collection on Ann Siang - Mobile App Check-In

I had a really pleasant stay at Heritage Collection on Ann Siang and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore. The location is one of the biggest highlights. It is situated in the charming Ann Siang area, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafés, bars, and interesting places to explore. It is also very convenient for getting around Singapore, while still having a nice neighbourhood atmosphere when you come back after a long day. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. I really appreciated how well-equipped the space was, especially for a longer stay. One thing that stood out to me was the laundry and ironing facilities. Having washing and drying equipment as well as an iron available made things so much easier, especially when travelling with clothes that needed to be refreshed or ironed. It was a small detail, but it made the stay feel much more convenient and home-like. The overall space was also well maintained and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. After spending the day exploring Singapore, it was nice to come back to a place that felt comfortable and practical. I would also like to give a special thank you to Mitch, Edmar, and Pearl. They were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay, and their hospitality really added to the experience. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Heritage Collection on Ann Siang. Great location, comfortable and well-equipped room, very convenient facilities, and genuinely helpful staff. I would happily stay here again the next time I visit Singapore.

一階の部屋だったので、MRTが動いている時間は、夜間少しうるさいです。

The allocated property was not the one I booked. We were moved due to maintenance issues to one of their properties not on the booking.com platform. The property on Purvis St was very good all in all.

The air conditioning at Purvis St did not appear to cool the room down at all despite both air conditioning blasting away all day. It was like a sauna. Because we were moved from Ann Siang to their Purvis St property 24h before arrival, it was a very stressful time. I was unable to review the new property because it was off any live booking platform. And I was given no choice but to accept. And I was asked to move off the booking.com messaging system to WhatsApp which seems dodgy to me. I contacted booking.com for help when the hotel cold shouldered me for a few hours and they also received the same treatment. In the end booking.com said they would guarantee an equivalent hotel if this fell through which was very reassuring.

Excellent location and a very comfortable bed. Room was fully equipped with all necessities. Virtual concierges Mitch, Edmar, and Belle were highly helpful. Quick response time when replacing dead AC remote batteries. You are in the heart of Singapore, next to CBD, Chinatown, close enough to Bugis, and super connected to all MRT lines.

Some humidity smell upon entering the room. The odor clears up after running the taps or showering.
