Heritage Collection on Arab - Mobile App Check-In

Great location, close to many souvenir shops, restaurants, and Sultan Mosque. About 10 min walk from the station. Room was small as expected, but the space was used very well, with a space under the bed where you can slide your suitcase away (probably up to medium size). The digital concierge team, Popo, Trisha, and Kisha, were very responsive to my many questions and very helpful. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to store my luggage before check-in/after check-out but they made it very easy.

No big problems. The chair is an awkward size/shape, for the size of the room so it would be better to replace with a regular chair with no “arms” so it’s easier to move around. Also would be nice if they had some USB charging ports in the room (there were well placed regular outlets though).

The room was small but very well-equipped with everything you might need for a short stay. The bed was very comfy. Good AC. I greatly appreciated the free laundry facilities. When I requested a dehumidifier, room concierge Bella provided it promptly. The location is superb!

This was my third time staying here, even in the same room, by coincidence, but this time upon walking in I immediately noticed a strong mildewy smell. The room itself was very clean so it must have come from the air ducts, pipes or HVAC system. As long as I kept the AC and dehumidifier on, it was ok. But after a long day of sightseeing and returning to the room, it was back. I let the management team know and thankfully they were quick to react. One other thing that can get a bit cumbersome is HC’s total reliance on digital keys to get into the building, into the elevator and into your room. So you always have to have your cell phone with you AND it needs to be sufficiently charged. Not a huge issue but heads up!

very clean and easy to find. location was good.

digital access card was a bit of a problem, but i was sorted with a physical access card in the lock box. room was extremely small. bed was too small for me, i am kind of a tall guy. laundry was done just outside of the room, should not be on at 11pm.
