Counter Staff not friendly, the only staff available.
Air-cond not working well, ask for room replacement, not available. Room cleaness, poor. Bedsheet and pillow looks not good.

I choose this room as it's cheapest available for 1 night stay. But found out a stained bedsheet (washed but stained not removed). Pillow at school hostel maybe cleaner than this (too dark in contrast with white pillow cover). Too many maps on the pillow. Mouldy ceilings both in room and toilet. Heater not working. TV not working. Aircond working.
Smell of diety prayer smoke seep into my room until you have sore throat in the morning. I need to buy Febreeze odour removal just to counter the smell and able to sleep.
My luck goes out that night as a drunk couple fight with each other at my floor with sound of door banging and shouting clearly heard at midnight.

I came to this hotel to stay for a day. I rang the bell of the staff at the counter acting stupid even though I rang the bell many times. In addition, I lost my identification card the first time I came to check in the staff at the counter had to say it was rude, I wanted to show them my digital license, they were rude and had no patience to press me to show me my license. I have booked this hotel many times, but on 30/08/2026 this staff was too rude when talking then the way they communicated seemed to insult me as if I was a foreigner. I tried to contact the hotel management for action but was unsuccessful. So whoever wants to book this hotel better find another hotel, the reason is one of the pillows is not very clean sometimes the pillow smells bad, and it makes the skin itchy.
