Highly Recomended in Shrewsbury!!

We so enjoyed our stay at The Maltings!! So we'll thought through with every amenity for a relaxing and care free stay!! Location is fantastic with everything within walking distance. Many thanks to Carla who was a superb host.

Lovely comfy stay for New Year’s. Ladies brake away

Lovely clean property 5/ 10 minutes walk from town with a couple of lovely cosy local pubs just round the corner. Layout is really well done the extra softer bed down stair is a lovely idea as we are a group of ladies that travel together & find it hard to have our own rooms . So this was much appreciated. Beds are clean & very comfortable. The lovely little living room is cosy & the sofa’s like a home from home . The parking space was an added very welcome bonus that’s not advertised . We would definitely stay again Shrewsbury is one of our favourite places to go so it was nice to have such a lovely base for New year’s Eve & a few days away .

Great house in an ideal location for Shrewsbury

Great location as close to Shrewsbury but quiet. House is nicely decorated and welcoming. Kitchen has all utilities would need. Parking at the property. Fluffy white towels. Excellent communication from the host.

Would have been great to have some basics in the bathroom eg shampoo and a bar of soap but otherwise it was great.

It was easy and straight forward to collect the keys and get into the property, the heating was a little hit and miss as it was a little cold in there in the mornings while getting up.

The bed was a little soft so back was aching but other than that it was great.

Top-notch Shrewsbury stay!

Superbly clean, well-equipped, accessible, spacious, and only a 10-minute walk right into the town centre so we didn't need to use the car or even buses or taxis. Can thoroughly recommend The Maltings!

Great stay!

Lovely little 2 night stay at the maltings, my kids didn’t want to go home loved the back garden a perfect little sun spot. Only a 20 minute walk from the centre and the quarry. Carla was very helpful with recommendations for places to eat and visit. Thank you! Will definitely rebook this in the future.

A nice stay in a lovely house close to Shrewsbury town centre

The house was in a location only 10 minutes walk from Shrewsbury town centre. We loved the garden which we were lucky enough with the weather to be able to sit in. Facilities were very good had everything we needed. Hosts were friendly and helpful when we had wifi issues which they sorted out for us.

Happy to recommend the Maltings as a cosy place to stay.

The Maltings is a cute place to stay with a fabulous outdoor area (secret garden). Lovely furnishings, superb attention to detail and decor make the accommodation very cosy, We needed to use the bed-settee which is in the play-room, this worked very well as is separate from the main sitting room. A 10/15 walk to the bustling centre of town

A sweet little retreat in a good location, carefully and beautifully appointed

Suited our purposes for a short break. Beautiful decor. We loved opening the French doors and sitting on the decking.

Couldn't find a second tea towel or toilet roll. Getting out of bed in the back bedroom from the far side was not easy.

Süßes typisch englisches Reiheneckhaus mit toller Ausstattung und Parkplatz.

Ein privat geführtes Haus in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Sehr liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet.Für die Kinder gibt es eine Playstation und die die Erwachsenen eine gemütliche Terrasse. Sehr zu empfehlen für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp oder einen längeren Aufenthalt. Die Übergabe und Abnahme erfolgte problemlos. Privater Parkplatz neben dem Haus.

Alles war gut. Sogar das Wetter!
