Would definitely book again!!

Great location for a visit to Shrewsbury. Really cosy and everything we could want. Love how the super modern kitchen etc has been blended with the old features of the house. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing didn’t like but did take us a while to find the spoons (hidden drawer) and the thermostat but we were looking for something on the wall 😂

Clean Comfy good place to stay

very comfy, homely place, we had every thing we needed and a lot of nice to have things in the kitchen. it was well thought out and very welcoming.

Only a tiny thing, the third bedroom is a child sized bed - the host did contact us as soon as we booked and there is an additional chair bed (like a sofa bed but single) in the lounge - so it didn't affect us really. It might have been useful to put this in the listing. The house was lovely and we were very comfy.

Great place, quiet location and easy to walk through the Quarry to the market hall

The property had a very modern kitchen and dining area which was light and well equipped. The beds were comfortable with good wardrobes. The bathroom has a charger for an electric toothbrush. There is a separate lounge and downstairs toilet

We had a little bit of trouble with the front door key, but got it eventually.

Lovely and cosy stay in a beautiful part of Shrewsbury

Loved the location. Very well equipped kitchen. Great appliances available for use. very quiet area. 2 fully functional TVs were very helpful given we had 2 children with conflicting TV demands. Property smelled nice upon entry. Lovely and cosy place to stay.

There was no mop or vacuum cleaner to clean any messes that were made during the stay. We stayed 4 days with children and could have cleaned up some of the crumbs before we left. The lack of a mop to clean up splashes from the bath or shower - it is more practical than using a towel in our opinion. Though, this does not take away from the positive experience we had staying here though.

Location excellent - quiet with not much traffic and felt safe. Very comfortable & modern.

The stairs were a bit tricky - a handrail would have been safer. Maybe a boiling tap water warning by the tap!

Just perfect

In a nice quiet location just a 10 mins walk into the centre. The property was spotless and had everything we needed with good quality fittings and fixtures and superb fitted kitchen and bathroom. Super mattresses that provided a good nights sleep. Can't rate this property highly enough. Kerry provided timely and good communication. So nothing to fault and everything was above what we expected.

A short but sweet trip

We were attending a wedding at Rowton Castle so it was a great, quiet location with great facilities and the house was spacious and cozy! It was close to the centre with all the shops you’d need and lots to do around there.

There was an unpleasant smell whilst we were there which we couldn’t locate, so we had to buy candles/sprays to try and mask it. Also, the wifi disconnected on the final night.

Good accommodation but not right for three single adults.

Good location. Very spacious and parking. Spotlessly clean. Well equipped kitchen.

Single bed was 5ft 2 which we didn't know before booking. We are three adults all over 5ft 2 so one of us had to cramp up in the single bed. I just wish we had known that before booking as we would have gone to another place. I accept it is what it is and knew one was a single but wish we had known about the bed being so short. The front door sticks badly and needs some attention we are older ladies and struggled to apply enough welly to open it.

Shrewsbury weekend away

The house was spotless, and well-equipped. Beds were super comfy and the communication from the owner was spot on. Location was great, only about a 15 min walk to the town centre.

Might have been useful to know that the single bed in the 3rd bedroom is only a short bed so really only suitable for a small child.

Excellent location.

Maybe some blinds or curtains on the large window to stop the sun coming in when the weather is very hot. It would keep the room cooler. Exceptionally hot on our stay!! Once doors were open it cooled down a little!!

The location to town was a lovely 10 min walk, great off-road secure parking. very comfortable quiet location. Will definitely stay again
