A comfortable and enjoyable break at a well designed property.

Good location an easy walk from the city centre. Bus service a few metres away so no need to drive into town and search for parking. Mini mart just around the corner and launderette with dryers. Scenic walks along the river 5 mins from house. Pleasant location with much to offer.

Realistically parking for only one car. On street parking is quite difficult but there are additional places a couple of minutes walk from the house at a riverside park with a childrens play area..

Lovely restored town house close to town center.

Perfect location and with parking. Smart, clean and having ensuite in each bedroom a plus. Provision of kitchen things such as detergent, dish washer tablets, cloths etc appreciated.

Shame no bread toaster. You should be aware that during the heavy rain we had one day it was obvious that the rear gutter over the extension was blocked as water poured over. Not a problem for us but if not sorted you will get damp brickwork and problems inside eventually.

The house had everything and more you could ask for. Each room had its own en-suite which was fantastic. Really well thought out house.

The only complaint and minor I would say by the mother in law was the front room was too bright on a morning with the current blinds and no black out curtains.

It was a nice modern home but some aspects could have been better.

Location was good not far from town centre

The ensuite shower rooms were too small and not very clean.

The location was good with good facilities and plenty of space . Nice and modern with excellent interior design. Good clean house with all the items you need for a comfortable stay.

Nothing major to report . If I was being very picky the driveway was tight but they make you aware of this at booking.

We loved it.

Sarah's property had been very thoughtfully renovated & stylishly decorated. Files were provided on the house rules & all the appliances. Also, instructions for walks around the area which had all been laminated. The house was in a good location & easy walking distance of the centre of Shrewsbury. We ate at the Armoury which is convenient for the theatre. Also liked Ernest & Co restaurant (small plates)outdoor area. We are four women aged 61-71 on a four day walking holiday. We had a fab time.

Exceptional

Lovely little house that was like a tardis inside. 3 comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The ground floor bedroom was great for disabled access. Fantastic kitchen with all the things needed to serve food if needed. Perfect location in quiet street. 5 mins drive to town centre . 2 minute walk to good pub/restaurant, corner shop and Chinese takeaway.
