We had a wonderful time, very relaxing.

Spacious and comfortable, the bed was huge and super comfortable. Kitchen very well equipped. Shower was massive. Instructions to get to the property were spot on and Ian was there to show us in and offer his help with anything. There were plenty of blankets to choose from for curling up on the sofa. We found an amazing chippy just up the road and a couple of pubs within walking distance, and a bus stop just a stones throw away for the bus into town.

Bathroom was freezing, it was that cold we put our coats on to go in there. I didn’t feel like the place had very high cleaning standards.

Absolutely 100 % amazing I definitely recommend to anyone

The whole experience was absolutely amazing, the apartment was truly brilliant the cleanliness was perfect and could fault anything there at all. The owner Ian was very friendly and didn’t disturb you but if there was an issue he said call straight away and he’d be there. But no issues everything perfect. Will definitely return here next year and also got engaged here too so makes it even more special. In every way.

Lovely Studio Apartment

Loved this place clean, comfy bed. Studio was lovely. Beautiful bathroom with a large shower and water got hot shower head was a little small but it still had good power. There was a sainsburys over road which was handy. 20min walk into Shrewsbury. 3 pubs on the way in. Would differently stay here again if price is right and was available. Had a parking space for the car. Found the room comfortable with heating that came on in the morning but you could put the electric fire on if you felt cold but we didn't have a issue with the cold even though it was end of November and raining. They sent me a message with directions to apartment and parking space and key was available via a pin number lock box by the front door.

Bed was comfortable

Not somewhere to stay in winter, when we arrived it was very cold 0 deg. The apartment was freezing. Radiators where not on ready for our arrival although we had specified and agreed an arrival time. Heating did not come on until late on day 2. Single glazed windows so had blinds drawn to preserve heat from small electric fire. Kitchen was not fully equipped for essential items but survivable. Fridge was totally inadequate in size for food storage, (table top size) and not as illustrated in pictures. Lots of noise from room above on some occasions.

Loved everything about this property. It felt like home from home, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff were on hand to help either any questions, responding immediately. We would definitely return and do not want to leave. So handy for town centre with a lovely riverside walk nearby.

Bed was very comfortable. Excellent location: bus stop nearby, food shop just opposite. Easy bus ride into town and free big parking space at the apartment. And best of all - an extremely nice and helpful host. We will stay there again.

Great apartment with parking close to Shrewsbury.

Everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Good location especially when we realised the bus stop was very close ! Good to be able to park the car so close.

Two larger mugs and a larger Water glass would be a great addition! It would be really helpful to know if there were any good eating out recommendations close to the property .

The apartment was in a nice/quite area and easy walking distance to the centre of town. You get a safe parking place which is rare to find at other properties in the area. The apartment is well equipped.

Maybe a bigger fan in the kitchen area for cooking smells due to being an open plan apartment.

Great location and lovely to return to after a day out.

Good location, short walk to town centre, shops, historical areas, pubs/cafes etc. Convenient Sainsbury's Local opposite apartment. Apartment spacious, bright, yet cosy and comfortable with great bed and shower room. Hosts available to answer queries if required. Brilliant onsite parking and privacy.

Perhaps slightly bigger fridge if any guests staying longer wished to stock up and cook more in apartment but really I found no fault and that's just being picky.

Great Location and lovely place for a weekend

loved the location for walking into town and the comfy bed, host was very accommodating and the place was very smart

Unfortunately it was not great with our dog because it was open plan and also there was some dog salmon treat wrappers left under the sofa from a previous guest

Excellent base to explore Shrewsbury on foot

The location was great and the studio was bright and airy. Really well presented with everything you need for a short break. Host really friendly and welcoming. Queen size bed was very comfortable and lots of choice on TV with good wifi. Free parking was a bonus

Excellent location on main road road to English Gate, but very quiet. Lovely airy space with everything you needed for a weekend. Very handy Sainsbury's opposite. We were late arriving but the host had arranged for a family member to greet us.

Some instructions on using the oven would be good, ( took a while to figure out! ) and some info on good restaurants/ walks etc. A tea towel and some better pillows would be great.

The location was good and the layout was what we required- ground floor

It seemed that the property may not have been rented out recently - lots and lots of cobwebs and it was cold - once we had been there a couple of days it warmed up - plenty of heating available.

Overall a good stay.

Very clear instructions from our host regarding parking and key collection. Well located only a short walk into town. The appartment itself is a large studio layout with a well equiped kitchen for 2 people on a short break. The bed was very clean and comforatable.

Cleanliness was lacking in some areas, dust build up on a few areas and the sofa had a strong smell of dog with dog hair on the cushions.

It was a beautifully pointed apartment in a very good location (walking distance from town centre) and with parking for two cars. Very peaceful.

Decor a little tired in places (broken blind in the bathroom) but overall very good.

A great place to base your visit to a beautiful town.

It's a beautiful property, accurately described and in a great location. We felt it was well priced and extremely well maintained and it benefits from a proper parking space which conceals your car from the main road. The small supermarket nearby is useful for provisions too.

Nothing much- the open plan layout means that the fridge compressor is audible at night and the property has a feather duvet which- on a purely personal level- is not my favourite bedding.
