The Apartment was lovely and clean well equipped for our stay and bed was super comfy

Have stayed in the apartment 3 or 4 times over the past few years. Good location for visiting our family and also you can walk into Shrewsbury as well. The owner is very accommodating and is quick to reply to any queries.

The location was convenient for walking into Shrewsbury. The bed was very comfortable and communication from the host was good.

Last year’s leaves all over the drive and in the porch. Cobwebs all over. Door sticking and a smell of damp as soon as we entered. Windows didn’t not open. Lots of mould on the bathroom tiles and cobwebs underneath the wooden shelves. Shower screen needed attention. Very dirty around bottom and the trim missing. Clearly there was a serious damp issue and no ventilation. Kitchen would benefit from a couple of pint glasses and the fridge is not really fit for purpose. The freezer compartment couldn’t even cope with the ice tray. Why have a full size oven and hob and a tiny fridge? Skirtings were dusty and some the furniture had chipped paint. The apartment was in need of a deep clean.
