The apartment was excellent very clean and in an excellent location for the centre of Shrewsbury

Obtaining the keys to the property took some time due to having to access two different key safes in different buildings. It got really confusing and eventually I had to ring the owner for further instructions on how to get the keys. The road leading to the property is very narrow with cars parked down full length of the road resulting in a very tight access. I’m surprised the council allow parking on such a narrow road. God forbid if you needed the fire or ambulance service they would not be able to attend. Something to bear in mind if you decide to book this property.

Clean modern apartment

Gaining access was very difficult as the instructions did not make it clear that the door code applied to both buildings. Entry to the parking was through a locked gate and the key fob had to be collected from one building first before it could be opened. The stairs to the second building where the apartment is were awful, dirty with builders rubble around.

Large lounge area, the kitchen area was well placed and had everthing you needed, very good parking, close to railway station and a short walk into town. Very quiet area

No toilet roll holders, second bedroom had no wardrobe, No towel hooks on the doors for wet towels, second bedroom mattress needs to be changed. No cold water from second bedroom ensuite. Second bedroom shower over bath very low headroom. Lounge area lacking comfortable sofa's, we only had a 2 seater and dining room chairs, TV signal was very intermittant

Central, spacious, secure, allocated parking space

Smell of cigarettes in lounge , beeping fire alarm box in hallway , couldn’t open blinds in main room , without use of step ladders , hot water not very hot , TV didn’t work .
