Great stay well worth it
Everything the apartment was Great. Warm and comfortable. In an easy location close to the town centre but far enough away that it was quiet
The front gate was a real faff to get through. Had to find a space out on the road (I have a pickup so not easy) and then had to go and get the keys to open the gate which by the time I had got back in my truck had closed again. I think that an button on the wall inside the locked car park would be a good idea.

Good apartment for a culturalvisit to Shrewsbury
Great location for walking into the town. Off road parking a bonus based on the location. Booking staff were responsive and friendly. Instructions to gain entry were clear. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.
The first floor apartment is actually up 4 flights of stairs not one. The windows of this old possibly, victorian building are tall. The living area of the flat has three such windows which have blinds on them. Unless you have a very high ladder you can not reach the blind mechanism so you dont get natural light into the room. That's fine if you are out all day though.

Such a disappointment
The location is amazing just a 5 minute walk from tbe train station and centre. The flat is much bigger than it appears in the pictures.
We arrived at 9pm. It was snowing and -3 outside. We entered the flat freezing cold and exhausted to find it was utterly freezing (5 degrees) It had clearly been empty over Xmas and so hadn't had heating on for a long period. To make it worse the huge hallway has no heaters, the heater by the seating area in the lounge is disconnected, there is no heater in the downstairs toilet and the towel heaters in the 2 ensuite bathrooms are disconnected so even though we put the heating on it took about 12 hours to be bearable. In addition the window in one bedroom was wide open so that was the same temp as outside. Getting in to bed was awful. The sheets felt wet it was so cold. I messaged the apartment and was still awake at 4am in bed fully dressed when my phone pinged. It was an automated message to say they hoped we were enjoying our stay completely ignoring my complaint. I had also told them about a leak in the main ensuire which left the floor soaking wet around the sink and toilet. Around lunchtime the next day someone called to say could they go in and switch the heating on. I said it was on now but the flat was freezing on arrival. I mentioned the leak and they said they would go in and check. We returned to the apartment and it was clear no one had been in. I wrote again to them and got a message thanking me.for my feedback then got another automated message asking if we enjoyed our stay. It is now 4 days since we got home and they still have the returnable deposit pending in my bank account. Had they pre heated the apartment, dealt with the issues and returned the deposit in a timely manner id be more gentle but it surely isn't legal to.rent out a property that is so cold you cant get in to bed or get undressed. In addition the bedside table drawer was hanging off, the kitchen bin lid kept falling off, the coffee machine didn't work. There are so many little things that show its run by a massive company and lacks the personal touch.

Very disappointing due to boiler problems
Clean and well positioned
Informed an hour prior to check in that Boiler was broken .. no heating or hot water in December.. No alternative but to stay at that point as already traveled considerable distance to property.. Awaiting response from landlord regards refund payment proposal

PEACEFUL OUTSTANDING !
Outstanding is the perfect word to describe this place. It is very comfortable and cozy ,brand-new, modern apartment with a warm and welcoming feel. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a large bathroom, and a bedroom with an extremely comfortable mattress. The apartment is very stylish, with perfect lighting, and is located on a quiet street just behind the train station. Check-in via the KeySafe is quick and easy, with no waiting or delays at all. I highly recommend it. I also forgot some personal belongings in the apartment, and the staff promptly informed me. They are very responsive, whether by email or through Booking messages.

Lovely large apartment. Everything that you need.
Had to have cold showers for two mornings as no hot water. Eventually was sorted after numerous messages. Was hard to contact anyone by phone.

very comfortable & easy walking to town centre
The location was excellent for walking into town & apaprtment very comfortable overall with good wifi.
The street was very narrow & always many parked cars - so not easy to access the gate when arrived in the pouring rain. This cannot be resolved - just an observation

Considering the £166 nightly rate, the £100 security deposit and the extra fees on top, we didn’t feel the stay was wort
Clean
The flat was clean and nicely presented but we ran into several issues that affected our experience. We were told there was free parking, yet despite asking 3 times, we never received the details and had to pay for overnight parking elsewhere. Check-in wasn’t until 4pm, which felt very late, especially with a 10am check-out. We paid £10 for a 3pm check-in and that night paid extra to check out at 11am, yet still had the cleaner knocking just after 10am and a call saying we hadn’t paid despite the payment being confirmed afterwards. It disrupted our morning and we ended up leaving early. The TV also had issues, with buttons not working and the WiFi connection failing, leaving us with only a few channels.
