    Day 1 ~ Arrived at the hotel both elevators was down ALL day/night . Guests had to be directed to (uncomfortable) walk thru to use the hotel service elevator. The hotel restaurant was clean properly after quest usage. I repeatedly had to ask for the table to be wiped and for the derby from the floor to be swept. Lastly, I left out from the hotel for the day (8am to pm) requested for my room to be cleaned/serviced only to return to the unclean room no towels or properly cleaned bathroom. The only thing that was completed were the covers of the bed ! Unfortunately I don't have any photos! I only took videos. Extremely dissatisfied customer.

    This is by far the best place to stay if visiting UChicago. Right on campus.
