Breakfast was great, beds were comfortable and it was close to where we wanted to be.
The air conditioning in the room wasn't working very well, so it took a while to get comfortable after we arrived. You can't pull in to the garage until you check in, and parking in the area around the hotel before you check in can be very difficult.

Very good location for UChicago, friendly staff, car parking available, a decent hotel
Not much really. Price was high for a 3 Star hotel, but all the hotels in Chicago were flying high at the time of stay. Breakfast is standard free breakfast at the Hotels in the US - nothing special.

One of the few options close to the University of Chicago
More on the fair range of comfort at a luxury price. Great to be within walking distance to the University though.
True story: I called for maintenance because the loo wasn't flushing, but instead of fixing it for us, they literally handed me a toilet plunger from the door. I was literally speechless! After paying $850 for 2 nights.... apparently I'm also expected to handle the maintenance issues myself.
Just know your paying for the location, not quality.
