It was great to have a small apartment for my stay. I used the kitchen for breakfasts and overall it felt more homey. Pool and spa area was very nice. Only downside was the shower had low pressure and typically took a long time to get hot water.

The apartment was in a great location and had wonderful views of the lake. We felt safe and comfortable. For the most part the apartment was clean but could use a good dusting, one of the base boards was peeling off in the kitchen/dining area, and the doors to the laundry were difficult to open since there was a water pan under the washer blocking it from opening all the way. But we worked around it. Also, we understand an early check in fee if arriving hours early but charging for just a half hour early is unreasonable for any lodging arrangements, especially since we were told our room was ready hours ago. The lobby staff ended up checking us in and overrode the fee that was coming up on the self check in kiosk. All of the staff were friendly and helpful whether working with them or passing them in the hall or elevator. We didn't have a chance to use the amenities on the 7th floor but we did check them out and they were top notch.

The staff and the hotel alone was amazing. Only concerns was the conditions of the hotel room. You can visibly tell a lot of luggage has hit the walls and the rugs had a lot of stains.

We stayed in a studio with a tiny bedroom ( can barely walk around the Queen sized bed). Bathroom was nice and it was great to have kitchenette and washer dryer. The pool area was nice but soooo many spiders around the edges. Take a broom and sweep up around the outside walls! We cooked dinner on the outside grills one night and the starters don’t work. You’ll need an external flame ( thank goodness a resident came along with a lighter to help us). The property needs some love. The staff was amazing and very kind. There is a security guard at night at the door making sure only residents and hotel guests come in. Great location —grocery stores and convenience stores close by. Great amenities. Lake views and Grant park in your front door! Tons of restaurants nearby.

The hotel apartment was filthy. Upon arrival, flies in room and doors were missing handles. Plenty of scuff marks on the walls. The pool area was nice and much cleaner.

The front desk staff were amazing! The apartment itself can use a deep cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. There was human and pet hair all over the sofa and rugs. There was also an unpleasant smell throughout the apartment. The view was beautiful! The pool, gym and all other amenities were very nice and clean.

The front desk staff were amazing and very kind. I will say, the hotel room itself was kind of dirty upon check-in. There were crumbs on the floor, on the countertops and in the cabinets. There were tons of scuff marks all over the walls in the living room and kitchen area. There were pieces of trim missing throughout the room as well. With a little bit of TLC, this place would have been five stars!

The location was ok, a little far south of downtown Chicago but worked ok for this trip. The room size was nice, but booked a two bedroom apartment with queen beds, and they were both doubles. Not a bad room, a little worn and the floors could’ve used a better cleaning. The beds were comfortable even if smaller than advertised. The room size was great for our visit though, and nice amenities like pool and gym.

We went for Lollapalooza and it was a really great location - just accross the street. I didn't love the check in process as you check in yourself on tablets (there is someone to help if you need it though), but the tablet just kept freezing and I had to go to the next one after having tried a few times on the first tablet. Other than that, this is a great location really close to downtown and museums. About 1 mile from Navy Pier and the Magnificent Mile but if you don't feel like walking that far, the Lyft rides are about $9 on avg to get around. I loved the pool, so beautiful. The room had everything we needed and love that it's an apt so you have a kitchen. It doesn't have a bar or restaurant inside but right next to it on either side there's a grocery and restaurants. Staff was friendly and it's locked at night w/ security so it feels safe as well.

Best part about our stay was the location. The two bedroom unit was underwhelming. I requested the two queen setup in one room which was an option but I did not get it because it was not booked direct. The price was high for what it was. Also people live there and one woman was rude to my teen daughter for trying to use the hot tub. It was weird like maybe the residents don’t like that the Sentral also has temporary guests. Also the parking is confusing and check in is done using a kiosk. Overall, it wasn’t terrible but I wouldn’t come back.

Expected a lot. Was underwhelmed. Shower grout grime. Stained shower curtain. Stained towels. Gross couch cover. Smart thermostat kept changing the temp or rebooting and becoming useless for half an hour. Fridge stink of spoiled food. Bed is stuffed in an alcove so you have to climb into it. Useless 10 cup coffee brewer. Sandy feel to the floors. Noisy baby across the hall kept waking me up.

This apartment had some of the most spectacular views of the lakefront and the city that you will find. Apartment was spacious and a great value compared to hotel rooms. Check-in was a little difficult. Staff was helpful but not overly friendly.

They also have a system where they will watch your luggage after your check out if you still want to check out the city before your next flight! 10/10
