Great little place in a quiet area of town

very quiet and private, but on a very easy bus route straight to the town centre

we could not open the bedroom window unless we removed the curtain!

Great value for money! Absolutely recommend!

Perfect if you don’t need to stay in the center of Rouen which is on the other side of the Seine river. It’s a 30 minute pleasant walk and the botanical garden next door plus the very pretty surroundings were to me a much more enjoyable area to stay in. The little patio in front of the house is wonderful for spending time outside, the interior is also well designed and functional. I slept in the top floor and albeit it being a hot period I did not need any air conditioning, there was always a pleasant breeze coming in through the window. Plus no traffic noise, total quietness and birds singing in the morning.

If you plan to cook be aware there are only the absolute basics. Coffee is a senseo Philips so no Italian moka.

Excellent place to stay in Rouen

Excellent stay - Very comfortable and came with all the amenities. Great value, highly recommended.

Not a negative specifically but more a caution that the alley and parking is a bit tight, if you have a large SUV you may want to check dimensions (we have a 2024 RAV4 and barely made it). Walking distance to city center is a bit farther than advertised.

I didn’t like the very late communications about deposit and extra fees. It was very stressful. I had booked it a month before and they initiated communication only 2 days before the booking dates- also didn’t get any instructions until the day I was coming. I was actually driving there when they gave me parking instructions although I had asked over a month ago. Very hard to plan a road trip with communication like that. I also didn’t love the flat but that is subjective I guess. It is much smaller than it looks on picture. It was not comfortable

We had some difficulty finding it as there was no house number, a neighbour kindly pointed us in the right direction. There are narrow stairs up/down from bathroom to the living area and more up to the bedroom.

Séjour à Rouen, la ville est vraiment belle !

Un quartier tranquille, la proximité du jardin des Plantes, 5 minutes à pied, il est magnifique.

Chambre au dernier niveau et 2 niveaux à descendre pour les toilettes, lumière extérieure ne fonctionnait pas, absence de faitout assez grand, la place du jardin est pris si vous stationnez la voiture.

Très belle petite maison, typique. Toute équipée et très propre. C'est grand, spacieux. Salle de bain et cuisine modernes.

Pas très facile à trouver la nuit. Maison sur 3 petits étages. Pas forcément pratique avec des valises et pour un court séjour. Place de parking non accessible car d'autres voitures bloquaient le passage.

Maison très calme dans une impasse avec un emplacement pour la voiture. Facilité pour récupérer les clés. Dès la réservation, notre hôte nous a transmis tous les éléments nécessaires pour passer un agréable séjour.

l'emplacement, la place de parking, le confort du logement, le calme, la clarté, la petite cour devant la maison. Nous avons apprécié la proximité du jardin des plantes et des commerces. Nous avons pu payer l'autoroute dans un bar à proximité.

Il faudrait peut-être préciser que les escaliers sont particulièrement étroits. Cela pourrait gêner des personnes corpulentes. Nous avons signalé que le verrou de la salle de bains s'ouvre difficilement.

Snygg och charmig inredning med det mesta man behöver. Lugnt och tyst läge. Mycket bra värd - svarade blixtsnabbt på våra meddelanden. Rikligt med användbar information. Egen parkering.

Lägenheten är i tre plan. Sovrummet är högst upp och toaletten är längst ner. Däremellan går en ovanligt smal trappa. Den egna p-platsen är så pass liten att den inte passar större bilar.
