Exceptional

This place is absolutely amazing in every aspect. We have stayed there a number of times and keep going back because honestly every service provided by this hotel is to a very high standard. I have recommended the place to many of my friends and they have all loved it. The staff is delightful, very polite and always eager to help, food is delicious and the rooms very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel seems a bit remote at first impression but once you stay there you’ll absolutely love it. There’s a private parking free of charge and provides additional safety by barriers installed at the entrance. You get access by a QR code provided by the hotel which opens every door including your room and are unique for each guest. There is a bus stop in front of the hospital next door and offers 3 different buses taking you to different parts of the town. They are all very reliable and cheap. I cannot recommend this place enough and guarantee that everyone who stays there will love it.

A better hotel you can‘t find at Plovdiv! Very komfortable, absolutely clean, very friendly staff, best kitchen and a wonderful spa. Is like coming home. The QR code system works perfekt and very easy to use!

The spa meda up for a;; those things i did not like.

The hotel was very nice, the room was spacious and clean, the beds super comfortable. The Spa was exceptional, I strongly suggest that everyone uses it, despite the (small) extra fee. The pool at the spa is heated and there is also a sauna, and ice room and a steam bath room. There are also numerous free parking spaces provided.

I did not like much that it was far away from everything and you needed the car to go places, there was literally nothing within walking distance. The outdoor swimming pool was dreadful, very dirty. There was a room over the pool (look at the photos) and there were 4-5 bird nests under it with birds flying to an from the bird nests (we know what birds do when they fly)

Great experience!

Easily-accessible, spacious parking lot, big and clean rooms, SPA and pool available. The staff were super nice and polite. The restaurant has delicious and affordable menu. The hotel is not too far from the city center in regards of location but it is dar from the chaos. We booked a room to visit the Hills of Rock fest and the hotel is less than 10 mins away by car.

Hotel w dobrym miejscu, darmowy parking, system kodów QR działa nieźle ale trzeba pamiętać o zamykaniu pokoju jak jesteśmy w środku i jak wychodzimy. Spod hotelu autobus do samego centrum miasta. Można zostawić samochód i pojechać autobusem. W pokoju jest ciepło zimą. Korzystna cena.

За пореден път отсядаме в този хотел - очаровани сме от чистотата и удобството в стаите, отношението на персонала и мениджмънта, локацията също е перфектна (тихо и спокойно, но и съвсем близо до местата, където бяха нашите ангажименти в града). Пак ще отседнем тук при следващо пътуване до Пловдив.

QR кода за влизане е чудна идея! Не мислех че толкова ще ни хареса. Независимо, че бяха предупредили от рецепцията, че след 16:30 сами трябва да отидем до стаята, ни посрещнаха (момичето ни изкача и ни приветства 10/10). Ние бяхме в хобит къщата. Ако искате изолирано място, което не е просто хотелска стая и да сте сами го препоръчвам. Ние не можахме да разгледате хубаво Пловдив, заради лошото време, но престоя в хотела определено компенсира (тишина и спокойствие). Спа е топ също

Чудесен хотел в покрайнините на Пловдив!

Хотелът е разположен на южният край на града, на тихо и спокойно място. Наличен е удобен градски транспорт, като 3 автобусни линии осигуряват достъп до центъра на града, без да е необходима смяна на няколко линии. На пешеходно разстояние има магазини с всичко необходимо. Стаите са чисти хавлиите се сменяха всеки ден, леглата са удобни. Няма нужда от настаняване или регистрация на рецепция, защото регистрацията се прави предварително през имейл, след което получавате QR код, който отключва паркинга, стаята и други места с такъв достъп. СПА зоната и фитнесът не са големи, но са добре поддържани и чисти. Закуската беше вкусна, само липсваше разнообразие. Добро съотношение цена-качество.

Glacial dans les couloirs. Piscine du chlore avec un peu d’eau. Petit déjeuner insipide. Fonctionnement d’arrivée très impersonnel et compliqué. Surtout si vous n’avez ni imprimante ni portable.

Ayrıca doğa içinde temiz hava. Ayrıca karavanla gelenler için de bir bölüm var. Mükemmel bir yer.Arabasız gelenler de otel önündeki duraktan otobüsle kolayca merkeze ulasabilir. Herkese tavsiye ederim. Yine gitmek isterim.

Kahvaltıya ayrıca bir ücret ödedim ancak kahvaltı biraz problem oldu, fakat yine de personel her isteneni temin etti. Mutfak bir haftaya kadar degisecekmiş. Çok özür dilediler. Eminim az bir süre içinde o da mükemmel olacaktır.
