The reception staff was extremely nice and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
The restaurant is awful, both the food and the staff. We decided to have lunch when we arrived, the restaurant was empty and the food took more than 30 minutes. We ordered two Cesar salads, the chicken was hard and cold. We didn't enjoy breakfast as well, poor variety and both the scrambled and fries eggs were burnt.
The swimming pool is actually a pond, even the kids didn't want to go there. The spa pool had an extra fee.

The room was large and very well decorated and cleaned to a high standard. The wifi was secure and good quality. Entering the car park and the room are by QR code which were sent by email - very easy to use. There is breakfast but I didnt purchase. The lady from reception was leaving as I arrived but she made sure I knew how to get in before she left. The room was really quiet

Todo en general. La piscina para relajarte después de la visita a la ciudad es un aspecto a tener muy en cuenta si vas en verano. La habitación era espaciosa y cómoda. Personal de recepción muy amable. Limpieza y desayuno correctos. La localización no es la mejor, pero compensa el autobús cuya parada está a 50 metros del hotel y con bastantes frecuencias. Muy recomendable para una estancia corta en Plovdiv.
No hacen las habitaciones si estás más de un día. En nuestro caso dos noches y en la segunda la habitación estaba sin hacer. Será norma del hotel.

Habitaciones grandes y cómodas.
En la zona de la piscina ,uno de los días ,había tres personas totalmente borrachas. Comiendo , bebiendo y con la música alta.
Supuestamente no se puede comer ni beber en la zona de la piscina….
No se les llamó la atención por medio de ningún miembro del hotel .
Se subían a la casa q está en medio de la piscina y se tiraban desde ahí al agua.
Me parece bastante lamentable y peligroso para la gente q está en el agua.
Por otro lado, ningún día hicieron la habitación. Solo se limitan a cambiarte las toallas mojadas y listo.
El primer día no pudimos pedir nada en el bar por problemas técnicos.
El último día cenamos en la zona del bar y nos sacaron (después de media hora) la comida fría.
Creo que deben mejorar en cuanto la atención , es un hotel que tiene potencial , pero les falta mucho .
