It was okay, could be much better.

The location was good, reasonable distance from the city center, most of the staff were good and very friendly and helpful. The room was nice with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good as well

The bathroom in the room is not a good idea for couples. The toilet is by the barely covered glass door, everything can be seen and heard. Not the best design idea. There were no amenities (shampoo, conditioner, single roll of toilet paper which was never replaced by staff). The mini fridge was not stocked with a single thing even though the prices of it were reasonable. There was no water in the room, we had to buy bottles from outside. The big shower that is overhead was broken and couldn’t be used.

Shabby place that subjects its guests to terrible noise

I have nothing positive to say about this hotel.

I would never stay at this place again or recommend it to anyone. The pictures of the rooms have nothing to do with reality. The room we got was shabby, the thin transparent curtains were broken as was the window which could not open well and the bathroom was mouldy. Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable, bed linen and the sofa were shabby and the little stool was badly stained. The hotel which advertises an outdoor pool and a fun room with table tennis and a football table on its website, makes its guests pay extra for all that. However, the so-called play room was the dirtiest, stuffiest cellar I have ever seen and looked like a set from a horror film rather than a playroom. The water in the swimming pool was super murky and had a funny smell. The biggest problem was the horrendous noise from a party at the pool we were subjected to until 2.15 a.m. Under Bulgarian law, noise is allowed until 22.00. However the hotel did absolutely nothing to secure the peace and comfort of its guests until I called the receptionist at 2 a.m. and demanded that she told the party people to wrap it up immediately or call the police to shut it down. The staff's attitude of "nothing can be done" and failure to react and make sure its guests are not subjected to illegal noise is the main reason I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice hotel, although away from the city centre.

We were aware for the location, which is away from the city centre, and this was ok. The breakfast was good. The staff was very polite. The parking was good. The hotel was comfortable, and we are generally pleased.

We were really disappointed from the swimming pool, which is no longer operated by the hotel. It was more expensive than listed at the booking (BGN 30 instead of BGN 10), and most importantly extremely noisy, with a grotesque terrible chalga party, so it was not possible for us to use it.

Very affordable, good standard for the price, friendly staff and receptionists, there is gym and pool.

We had a pleasant stay.

I liked the architecture, design and furniture. There was air conditioning, a nice view from the window, towels, a mini fridge, tea and coffee in the room. The staff was nice and there were parking spots.

There was smell of canal in the room. There were no small shampoos and soaps.

Hotel was very clean and the pool was good. Breakfast was fresh and plenty enough!

Reception wasn't super helpful when checking in. We had to dig every information about breakfast times etc. Girl in the reception barely said hello, gave us the keycards and that's it. We heard the music from downstairs to our room all night long (we stayed above the hotel restaurant apparently...) The music at the pool area was not our taste. Techno playing from morning to evening. Half of the equipment in the gym was not working properly (luckily it doesn't cost extra). Pool didn't open until around 10 am (which for a morning person is very late😅). The bathroom design quite weird.. Glass all the way, right next to the bed and you could clearly see through even though there was some dcfix in the middle of the glass.. Not everyone want's to see their roommate going to toilet or having a shower.

Nice stay at Urban hotel.

I liked the room but I wasn't happy that every time one of us visited the toilet the lights in the room automatically would turn on and then waiting some time to automatically turned off. I couldn't sleep that well because you could hear the noise in the morning coming from the other rooms and the corridors. I asked for gluten free options for my son's breakfast(which I paid to be included in the price)despite receiving an email that it can be arranged,the staff were not aware 😕. Otherwise I liked the food options at the breakfast buffet. The lady was very kind to provide fresh fruit for my son. That was the only option for him!

Good hotel for the price, great parking, friendly staff, not enough information for EV users

Clean, affordable, staff was very polite

Absolutely no information in any platform about the EV charging station. I wanted to see if its available and messaged the property, they replied it is. However, upon arrival I am told it uses hourly coins (5 BGN) and is just 22kW. We booked specially because of the EV charger that was a complete disappointment.

Superb

It is a nice 3 years old hotel with very friendly staff! The room was clean. It is more convenient for a solo traveler or a couple because the bathroom is in the room only divided by glass. There is an open pool and sauna. There is free parking and a decent breakfast. The hotel is near the main road if you travel near the mountain. It is very good for business trips.

The shower direction switch was broken. The fitness is with a cross trainer and running path. The fridge was not very cool.
