    Horrible experience - please avoid! Mould, damp walls, bad customer service, congested sink…
    Only the location is good as it’s next to all the restaurants in Ladadika.
    We visited around May 24th. Unfortunately, it was a bad experience due to a few reasons: - There was a profound stench of mould. The walls were damp as if there had been a flood or a leakage - quite visible in the bedroom. We could not get rid of that horrible smell even when we kept the balcony doors in both rooms open at the same time. - The sink in the bathroom got easily congested. - Although we had booked a baby cot, it was not yet in the apartment when we checked in. After contacting the host, a cot was quickly delivered, however, it was in a terrible condition. It had a big hole and it was partially broken and quite dirty. Its condition was so awful that even my 3-year old refused to sleep in the cot and preferred sleeping on the couch. - I noticed that there was no additional toilet paper so I contacted the host who promised to provide some as soon as possible. More than 24 hours passed without a positive result and the time for check-out had already come. - The terrace was quite dirty as well as the chairs on the terrace. - The blinds in the bedroom couldn’t go up which made going on the terrace a challenge. - The bathroom was quite small and awkward which made taking a shower a challenge. - The nightclub nearby was indeed quite noisy. We had to keep the terrace door open so that we wouldn’t suffocate by the smell of mould and dampness which made sleeping at night a big struggle. - The Wi-fi signal was quite weak and we had to use mobile data. - The fan in the bathroom was weak and barely made an impact. - It was a struggle to close and lock the front door, but that was the least of all the issues. I highly recommend that a full renovation be made before it could be made available for guests. I advise all future guests to avoid this accommodation for the time being until serious measures are taken.

    Worth staying if you use it just for sleeping.
    The location was superb, in the center, mostly walking distance to many sightseeing. Bars and restaurants nearby, as well as 24/7 market. The apartment is cozy and has a nice, spacious balcony and comfortable bed.
    No bathroom amenities like slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. The electric water cattle was in such a condition we couldn't use. Accumulated dust was not cleaned properly in many areas, and a stained towel with a hole in it. There was a smell of moisture inside the apartment even with both balcony doors opened at all times and the wall corners were damaged with moisture as well.

    ABSOPLUTELY DISGUSTING! AVOID!

    Where to even begin! Initially, we couldn't check in on time. After repeatedly calling, the woman finally answered and I quote, "We have over 200 apartments, we can't be on time with everything, you have to wait!" By then, we had been searching for our apartment with our suitcases for the past 20 minutes, and it was 3:41 pm; check-in starts at 3 pm. She was quite rude, prompting me to raise my voice just to allow us to drop off our belongings. Eventually, she changed her story, stating that the apartments weren't ready because they were fixing the boiler. Ultimately, she provided us with the flat's location and key details. Upon our arrival, we saw only the cleaning lady leaving, not a mechanic or anyone else. When we entered the flat, an awful odour struck us! We assumed it was just cleaning supplies since the lady had just finished, and after dropping off our things, we headed out without giving it much thought. However, when we returned in the evening, the smell had worsened, prompting us to inspect the entire apartment - it was horrific! If you're keen on catching a DISEASE, book this place because there was MOULD all over the walls, and even the bed felt damp! Absolutely disgusting! To add to this, the place was unsanitary; the coffee machine had no coffee pods left, and the ones we found were used; there were broken decorations, the bathroom sink was clogged, there was NO HOT WATER, and dust covered everything! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! The photos are a testament to our experience.

    Nice apartment that requires some TLC
    Very nice apartment, comfortable bed and large living space
    Very small bathroom, awkward shower, Not much kitchen equipment. Lights in kitchen and living room ceilings did not work, kitchen fan nor light worked, blind in bedroom was down to the floor- could not be rolled up. Bathroom sink was draining slowly. Delays getting the apartment. I had to wait to store my luggage and then wait again to get the room. It’s a shame for such a nice apartment but the management company said they would look into it immediately after I sent them a message.

    Nice apartment, badly organised and hosted.
    The room was clean and had a nice balcony. We did not use the kitchen or lounge but they looked well in order. The bed was relatively comfy.
    We had a 15.00 check in and were not given check in details until after this point. We'd been waiting outside for about 50 minutes (15 minutes of this was prior to check in) to get inside so we could drop our bags off. We called the hosts just after 15.00 and they said the room would be ready in 10 minutes. It took around half an hour and the cleaner was still in the room when we got there. We did not mind the cleaner being in but we'd have rather just been let in earlier as we only wanted to drop our bags off. The late check in threw our plans off and had we been told prior to this we would not have waited outside the venue. The communication was very poor and the timescales given not correct. When we informed them of this they said "30 minutes delay!" and did not apologise. They did offer a later check out but this was not any use for us.

    Very poor
    It was very loud. Music from the roof top bar was playing till 4 in the morning. You were not able to leave the luggage in the apartment after check out. You had to drag it through the city to a storage place. Not well coordinated.

    Superb
    The place was clean, the beds are comfortable, communication with the people from Green Tulip was very good. We stayed for 2 nights there, on our way to Zakynthos. The balcony is great also if you want to relax a bit. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area. There is a paid parking lot near the appartment for those who come by car. The appartment is at the 5th floor but there is a lift in the building, so the access is easy.
    The bathroom is small and the shower not suitable for a tall person. My husband is a tall person so for his it was impossible to stand straight in the bathtub to take a shower. The whole appartment is kind of small, but it wasn't a problem for us as we didn't stay there for long.
