Good location to explore the city centre.

Location, staff, the check-in and out process was smooth, room, linen and towels were all clean and fresh.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Diamond Suites. Everything was excellent — from the great location, which made it easy for us to explore Thessaloniki, to the comfortable room. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Thessaloniki — it’s the perfect combination of comfort, quality, and great service.

Great Location, but Needs Some Improvements

The suite is perfectly situated in the heart of Thessaloniki’s old town, which makes it a great base for exploring the city. The location is truly unbeatable, with easy access to all the historic sites, restaurants, and shops in the area. However, there were a few aspects that didn’t quite meet expectations. First, parking was not conveniently close, which made it a bit challenging to find a spot nearby. Additionally, while the photos online look great, the actual suite felt a bit more dated, with some furniture and fixtures showing signs of wear and tear. Some items, like the furniture, were a bit rusty and could definitely use an upgrade. Overall, while the location is fantastic, the suite could benefit from some maintenance and improvements to match the photos and enhance the overall experience.

I would not recommend at all for this price. After a good renovation maybe.

Good location, good breakfast, the bed is big and comfortable. Natural light is good because of the glass. Staff were perfect and very very polite.

Very old and worn out furniture it’s all desperate for renovation. No bath robes which is expected at this price. The tub didn’t feel like it was properly cleaned so we didn’t use it. Also jacuzzi for two is way better. The TV stopped working after some neighbors slammed their window( weird but it’s 100% true ). Wifi is very very very slow like 1Mbps max.

A place to come back

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is very central, close to everything we needed. The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was also very good, offering a nice variety of options. If I were to suggest one small improvement, it would be to extend the breakfast time until 11:00 AM instead of 10:30 AM. Having a parking spot available nearby in a paid public parking was another big plus. We would definitely love to return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The room has poor lighting and lacked attention to details (differs from what you can see in the photos). We did not get enough information on how to collect our key (needed to enter another hotel to do so, though there was no such indication and had to ask a passer-by)

Spacious room, comfortable bed.

Location is not correct in the directions. The hotel is part of another hotel (Plaza). They are both situated in pavement where cars can not drive to. Parking is available but 80m away from the property. In order to park to the given space by the hotel you need to drive to the hotel, get the specific card and then drive again to the parking. Given that the hotel is situated in a pavement driving there is not possible. In addition the location provided on booking is not correct and the gps sends you to a completely different place. Also the reception is in another building and not the same as the actual rooms (across the road). None of this is explained before hand especially the parking situation. If you are driving and have heavy luggage’s like in our case highly recommend to call ahead and find parking close to the buildings. Give them a ring and they will help you as they did us.

I'm so sorry to have to write such a comment but what I read in the review and what my eyes saw are completely different. in pictures we can’t see the full view, but it’s really what I order and what I get :)) it was medium clean, down layer was dirty as u can see in pic, for view we had I think burnt apartments idk, windows wasn’t so clean in bathroom some places wasn’t clean. I chose this place because all the reviews said how clean the room was and how happy they was for that but I don’t know what i saw wasn't even close to clear. employees were very friendly and that plays a big role for hotel

Highly recommended especially for short stays

The hotel is in the center of Thessaloniki in a vibrant area with restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and taverns. You can also find attractions, shops, museums, and other things within walking distance. The rooms were clean (we stayed twice in this hotel) and relatively spacious and well-equipped. We had a good breakfast with several options including local food. There were baked goods, eggs, fruits, and delicious desserts. Also, I would like to praise the staff which was very professional and did everything they could to help us enjoy our stay there.

If they can invest in small renovations (the bathroom needs a small renovation) and update the TVs (no Netflix or screen mirroring), then it would be 10 out of 10. Now it's 9 out of 10 :)

Pleasant

The property was spacious and had everything we needed

Although centrally located it was noisey most nights with bands playing in the restaurants till the early hours. If you like to be asleep by 1am not for you. The shower and tiles had mould which was a little unpleasant. To get to the property was a challenge as it was tucked into a narrow lane way , not clearly marked. There was no lift for the first 4 steps and with heavy suitcases this was an issue for me. The staff were pleasant though and quite helpful
