Close to the sea, but no sea view

Great location, close to the harbour and the seafront. Excellent for exploring and close to restaurants and cafes. The property was simple but clean and modern.

There is no sea view from Porto Sea View Apartments. There is a view of the building opposite. This may not be true of all the rooms, but I thought that with that name a sea view was the least that could be expected. It was certainly one of my reasons for paying a bit more to book this particular apartment. I also thought I had booked an apartment with a jacuzzi, but that might be my fault for not reading carefully enough. There was no jacuzzi, just a room slightly larger than the bed and a small bathroom. So advice is to read carefully and be clear what your booking includes.

Very bad expirience.

The apartment for 4 people that we booked is no bigger than 17-18 m2 and functioning is impossible. It is studio or just normal room. A view of the sea is not possible, so the name only has a marketing effect. One of the two beds is a sofa on which it was not possible to sleep because it has a metal mechanism and a very thin mattress. There was no one at the reception for almost 30 minutes upon our arrival. We had to call several different phone numbers to get them to answer despite the announced arrival time.

Kind and careful host and best area to stay in

It was a wonderful place, very carefully designed and super clean, best area to be in Thess. Wonderful views, Paris the person in charge was absolutely great and answered all my questions.

The only issue for me personally was the bed high up and the stairs that are very small and very difficult to go up and down. I had to be super careful how I go up and come down from there. But that is a personal issue.

Modern comfort in the heart of Thessaloniki

I recently stayed at Porto Sea View Apartments in a centrally located area of Thessaloniki. The apartment was clean and modern, providing a comfortable and stylish environment. The central location made it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. However, there was some noise during the night from the bars in the area, which might be a consideration for light sleepers. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, and I would recommend it for its convenience, cleanliness, and modern facilities.

The pictures are not presenting the reality. No view at all and for sure not to the sea. It was not easy to find the place, or the parking and the staff were not so helpful

Nice value for the price

Excellent location,friendly staff. They helped us book parking. Very clean.

This was not 2 bedroom apartment. One of the beds was behind glass in the living room. You enter the apartment through the bedroom,which is extremelly uncomfortable. Worst was that their booking profile was apparently hacked and I received fishing e-mails with an ask for card details.

Paid 100 Euros for nothing.

The room.

I prepaid 100 Euros for five days of parking that I never got to use, because of a lack of timely instructions. I was assured of a refund to my debit card but it was just a tactic to convince me to leave without my refund. I have called four times for the past week and was assured an answer back from management each time...nothing. It's like they are just making fun of me as they have no intention of ever returning my funds. Nice room but if something goes amiss they do not care about the customer.

It was a very central location with kind front desk and very cost effective though not as clean.

The location was very central and close to everything by walking. We liked the more simple clean and modern design. We also loved that they offered lockers which is great for if you have a late flight!

It was a bit small, thin walls, and found at least 5 pieces of hair on towels or linen. Didn't feel as clean as the reviews said.

Very clean and modern apartment. In a central location where you can reach easily by bus. They offer some breakfast in the apartment, wine, and coffee, as well as towels for the shower and the jacuzzi. An 100% worthy option for a short stay when you want to relax from daily routine.

Great and would recommend

Perfect location, newly renovated. Parking is a bit tricky as everybody says, but it’s actually on the port across the street. Just daytime entrance is on a one way street, making you end up circling around the city.

Excellent location, comfortable stay, friendly and helpful staff

The location of the apartment is central and excellent, and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. Attractions are within 30mins walk. Free street parking is available nearby but may be challenging to find an available spot (we were just lucky). The front desk staff, John, was very friendly and helpful, and assisted us in locating a parking spot. Our room was of excellent size, clean, tidy, modern, quiet and well-facilitated. We also received a bottle of complimentary wine. The bed was very comfortable. We are very satisfied with this accommodation.

It could be challenging to find free street parking, but the apartment offers secured parking at 15 to 20 euro per day.

Perfect quick stay for businiess or leisure

Exceptional stay - great location - great facilities - whatever needed was there - Bonus point the wine that was waiting for us, the cold water, coffee & quick breakfast included
