Exceptional stay with outstanding people who set a new standard for hospitality.

The suite was spotless, elegant and comfortable, but what truly stood out was the people. Their kindness, professionalism and genuine care made the entire stay feel effortless. They were always available, always helpful and consistently went above and beyond in a way I have rarely experienced. By far the best hosts I have met on Booking.

There was nothing negative to point out. Everything worked perfectly and the experience exceeded expectations.

Perfect, central and clean apartment!

Central, parking possibilities nearby, 10€, clean and good equipment and we had a quiet apartment. Easy check in, perfect for one night and also longer!

Needs improvement.

The location and the look of the room.

We got there for the jacuzzi and it was filled with residue from the previous bathbombs. It had to be filled and emptied 3 times before we could use it. That should have been done by the cleaning staff or someone from the maintenance. After that we wanted to have a shower and there was no shampoo in the bathroom. We requested shampoo from the host at 00:00 midnight but we took an answer the next day. Overall the host was very willing to help but there were things that had to be done before our check-in and not during our stay.

Nice pictures but misleading !

The apartment was smoking cigarettes, maybe because of the office next door were people are smoking. The inside handle of the door was not fixed, and they don’t care about repairing it when I asked. When I used the jacuzzi, the internal pipes was not cleaned at all and a lot of dark residues were projected. I asked them to clean it but they didn’t manage and they seemed totally incompetent in the use of a jacuzzi. No sea view at all : don’t be fooled by the hotels name. It’s a deception.

Very very pleased

Everything was perfect. From the simple things like cleanliness and aesthetics, to details like the placing of TV and plugs. They also changed our towels, which we didn't expect since we were staying only for two nights.

Only negative was the windows don't have any curtains, and the roller blinds didn't hide the light at all, once the sun comes out the apartment is fully bright too, so we both couldn't sleep much.

Everything inside the room was clean an organised but we had 2 problems and I kinda regret the money I gave for this. The water from jacuzzi is warm for 10 minute but it isn’t enough to fill up whole jacuzzi and we ended up with cold jacuzzi so we couldn’t use it properly and it was a big disadvantage for the room, Another thing is, if you have a lot of things open the electricity is shutting down and you must open it again from the panel.

Very poor

Absolute fake, you get a room with a jacuzzi, which is actually unusable. The jacuzzi is filled from a boiler and to fill it you need 3-4 hours during which the water inside has already cooled down. But the biggest disappointment was that after all the waiting the bubble system didn't work! Absolute fraud!

Completely misleading title of the apartments, as there is no port sea view. There is a window overlooking the building next to it. You can find same quality interior rooms for half the price.

Romantic and in the heart of the hustle and bustle

that indoor Hot tub was amazing ! what a lovely feature and everything was so up to date in the apartment. had everything we needed. great location and easy to commute around and see nearby attractions and food spots.

I wasn’t keen on the lift , was very outdated and felt not secure. had issue with local builders making so much noise over the weekend of our stay we made a compliant and they moved us to another apartment block just a road away which was fine.

Not enough hot water!

Comfortable bed, beautiful room, beautiful bathroom and nice kitchen with useful electronics. Complimentary wine and bath bomb.

The hot water wasn't enough to fill even 1/4 of the jacuzzi, even though they tell you to wait 10 minutes when it runs out, we had to wait at least 40 minutes for it to have hot water again, and by then the water in the jacuzzi was already lukewarm. We paid for a "Deluxe suite" yet we didn't have a view (only the white wall of the building in front of us) and the courtines wouldn't even open. The shower also didnt work to switch the water to come out of the top. Our main problem though was the jacuzzi, being the main reason why we chose this hotel, it was a big disappointment.

Great luxury apartment with modern decoration! The jacuzzi experience was really fantastic the biggest one i have ever seen in a rental appartment!!! Amazing location in the center of the town you can go everywhere by feet! Smart-home technology you can control all the devices of the room from the tablet! Bus stop, restaurants, coffee stores and night bars are so close! A bottle of wine and breakfast basics are also included in the price of the room! I will choose it again for my next stay in Thessaloniki for sure!!!!
