The apartment building is really old and in a bad state. The appartmentb(No.8) is definitely not a 'suite' and is cheaply renovated.

Good Location, But...

Location was very good. In the heart of downtown Thessaloniki, next to the best restaurants and coffee shops.

We booked for 2 adults and 1 child. When we went there , the sofa bed was still a sofa and there were no sheets snd towels for the 3rd person. I called the property and instead of arranging to come and getting things reqdy for the child, they guided me by phone to get into their offices find the store room, collect what I needed and make the sofa bed alone. Not very nice... Also, cleanliness was ok... in the bathroom there were old paint chips falling from obove the door and the bed headboard was dusty. Plus a spider web hanging above us.

Very bad and disapointing

The only positive experience is the location

First of all when you check the apartments on the website they give you for all the apartments the size of 38sqm. Our apartment was only 21 sqm. I booked an extra bedroom and got a studio. Everything was old and in a deplorable state. The kitchen fell apart. The freezer was full of ice and the door broken. The shower could not be connected and 2 of the 3 spotlights in the bathroom where broken. No socket for the bed lamp and much more. I would never recommend this apartment and will definitely not return. On my complain I got a bullshit answer about outside and inside sqm. Very disappointing for me as a frequent traveller

Perfect location. Next to the big parking place but you need to have luck to find place. If you are patient you will find 😊 It’s free after 20h, Sunday and holidays, during the day it’s 1-2eur per hour

Optimum price-quality ratio

Excellent, central location, 5 minutes from Aristotle Square and 10 minutes from the White Tower. For hot water you have to press the start button in the electricity panel. aspect mentioned by the owner.

Good location but lobby and stairs should be cleaner and kitchen amenities better

The location was perfect in the city center very close to the sea shore and most nice neighbourhoods

The room was OK but the bathroom poorly ventilated and very humid since water evacuation was not working properly. The kitchen was sparsely equiped with only a microwave and a coffee machine. The building lobby and stairs were very dirty and smelly

Less good than previous time

It's the second time I booked an apartment with the Downtown Seaside Studios, mainly because of the great location, but it's about it.

Since the last time, I should flag the cleanliness level went down. The shower curtain was a disaster. The door isolation was absent, making you hear all the little noises when someone passed through the hall. (I believe it depends on the apartment you get)

The location of the property was good, near the sea, near the city centre and near a lot of restaurants and bars down town. The appartement is one block behind the seaside

Perfect for a short stay in town

The boiler for hot water shuts itself down, than you have to waith 20 or so minutes for warm water. It wasn't easy to get the keybox open

Good enough, but far from great

Great location, just a minute or two walk from the water and down a cool alleyway with some restaurants. Taxi cab queue is nearby if you need to get to the airport from there. Decent size and very inexpensive. Has a basic kitchenette setup for reheating food, boiling water and refrigerating leftovers.

Despite the listing here saying airport transport was available for a fee they weren't able to provide any pickup after several messages and simply told me to go catch a cab nearby. I requested extra pillows (4 total) and they only provided the standard two. Our room had a balcony that reeked of smoke and was unusable. No bottles of water given and just a couple packets of instant coffee. Suite seemed to have some recent Renos however overall was still pretty shabby. Honestly, hard to recommend this place to anyone unless they're a budget traveller looking for a deal or just staying one night as we were. Any longer of a stay and with a higher budget I highly recommend finding other accommodation.

Very close to the sea and restaurants. Easy acces, a big parking place at 1 minute, free in weekends. Inside you have everything, washing machine, kitchen...the bad was perfect

Everything is old, the room was not clean enought, the coffe machine was not working, the wall next to the bed was dirty, the silicon in the bathroom was old and dirty, but the price was good. They have a good position, they can make them look like in 2023

The shower mixer stand too high, the temperature of the fridge try to increase but there was no difference. There was no full coverage of the black out curtains.

They have just changed our apartment before the day of our check in as there is a problem with our’s. That’s ok but new apartment, there was a night clup and till early morning there was a party and music so so noisy! We couldn’t open the windows. There was a fire alarm during the night for 2 hours and electricity went off. So it was not a good experience for us unfortunately!

Location is superb. It is very easy to find and enter the property. Apartment is quite big. They are responsive in what's app.

I could have used another blanket. There was only the hand shower, not the top shower. Lightning can improve. Internet was unstable, but it was an issue with the company.
