The man at the reception is born for this job, absolutely a terrific guy. The breakfast was ok.

Unauthorized extra bed fee

When we arrived at the hotel and received the keys to our room, he was waiting for our big shock. We traveled with our two-year-old daughter. The room was so small that we had to leave our suitcases in the car. At first glance, we knew that three of us would not sleep on a double bed (I ordered 2 + 1 guests through booking.com). When I reported it to the room owner, he told me that I had only reported two people, which was not true and that he had no extra bed now. The first night, my wife slept humbly on the ground so that my daughter and I could sleep on a difficult journey. The next day, the owner of the room told us that he had an extra bed for us and would put it in our room. I took this for granted and we were not notified of any amount. When we paid for our stay on the last morning, the hotel owner boldly added 15 Euro per night for an extra bed, for a total of 45 Euro. I refused to pay this, that the cot should be a matter of course when I booked on booking.com for the agreed price of 2 +1 person. Unfortunately, the owner did not want to accommodate me, so I consider the whole stay in this hotel as one big mistake and I do not completely recommend. I don't like the owner's actions, we were not notified of the price and he didn't care that my wife slept like a homeless man on a dirty and cold ground. I am now resolving the whole matter with booking.com, where I am requesting a refund of 45 Euros for an extra bed.

Perfect holiday on a budget!

Very friendly staff, possible communication within 3 languages, totally willing to offer you a pleasant stay! Small but rooms equiped with everything you need. Good breakfast but not over the top. Aircondition worked quite well!

The walls between the rooms are such thin, everything you do and the person outside at the hall can be heard very exactly. Adding a little bit of vegetables to the breakfast buffet won‘t be the wrong thing to do. Unfortunately the hotel is locate quite far away from the city centre but just about 10 minutes away from the beach.

Cozy clean smart hotel with a friendly staff . Everything great for a relaxing quiet vacation but just a walk away from the “movida” and the beach . Perfect !!!

Kedves tulajdonos, otthonos légkör, finom reggeli, kényelmes ágyak. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.

Vizes ruhák teregetéséhez jól jött volna a teraszon egy szárító, illetve akasztó a fürdőszobában. Kevés volt a polc a szekrényben.

Für unseren spontanen Kurztrip war es in Ordnung.

Das Besitzerpaar war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir konnten sogar ein bisschen früher das Zimmer beziehen - Danke nochmal! Auch das Personal sehr bemüht und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer war sauber. Eine Parkmöglichkeit gab es auch. Alles war unkompliziert und alles in allem sehr zufriedenstellend. Wir haben sehr spontan gebucht und waren für diesen kurzen Trip angenehm überrascht.

Die Dusche war sehr klein. Als breitere Person nicht gerade von Vorteil. Im Badezimmer wären Aufhängehaken sinnvoll.

La struttura è gestita da una coppia di signori davvero GENTILI, piacevoli e super disponibili. Sono allergica alla polvere e mi hanno fatto trovare la camera PULITISSIMA. Mi capita spesso di richiedere un’accurata pulizia ma mai avevo trovato un servizio così efficiente e curato… La struttura ha i suoi anni ma tutte le piccole cose davvero utili per un buon soggiorno erano state migliorate: materasso + topper nuovo comodissimo, condizionatori con gestione digitale e altre piccole cose. In 5 minuti a piedi si è nel centro di Lignano Pineta, in 8 minuti alle spiagge e in 15 allo stadio / concerti. Ci siamo davvero trovati benissimo, super consigliato!
