The host was exceptionally kind and welcoming, even making us coffee as soon as we arrived. The area is beautiful and very close to the bus stop, making it easy to catch a bus straight to the Old Town. Additionally, the room was clean.
There are a lot of stairs to reach the property. Also, our specific room did not have a balcony or nice view and only looked out
into the internal, shared yard.

Lovely and peaceful location at the coast.
Free parking just outside the house.
Overall cleanliness.
Easy communication with the host.
Not as pricy as most places in Dubrovnik.
Very poor sound isolation. We could clearly hear other people talk in their rooms in the morning, dragging chairs on the floor, using bathroom etc. Toilet flushing was very noisy too. Use earplugs if you don't want to get up with the first person in the house.

Marija was an amazing host! She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. She gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and were perfect! The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The view from the room was unforgettable and didn’t want to leave from Dubrovnik! 😭 We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️
