The location was very nice right at the center, close to the beach as well as the tram stations. Many restaurants and small shops near by and Carrefour supermarket is just on the next soi. The apartment is a good size for 2-3 ppl but could become small if the sofabed is being used otherwise the apartment is new, nice, clean, well equipped with kitchen appliances, washing machine and fridge. The air-conditioning works well as it should and it is quiet. The key pickup/dropoff and the direction to the building were straight up and easy. The apartment building has an elevator. We had a good stay. I really recommend it.

Just a very small point about the location of the room itself. It was difficult to figure out which apt at first because there was no number shown on the door so we had to try our luck unlocking all the apartments on the entire floor to find out which room this key belongs to while waiting for the response and luckily the owners of those apartments were not home to complain about it so it would be nice if the instruction from the host was given way in advance before or perhaps given the info along with the key but otherwise everything was good.

Property needs a deep clean. The bathroom was not clean at all.
