Lovely stay
Had everything we needed for the night. Was comfortable and quiet, was able to get a good nights sleep. Owners were very welcoming, both came to greet us and were very friendly, easily contactable. Tea and coffee were available along with a porridge pot for the morning which we thought was a nice touch. Clean and tidy, big enough for 2 adults and a dog.

Outstanding Stay.
Great stay. Very comfortable. Huge bed. Tasteful cotrage. Easy access (j40) from M6. Great value. Lots of really thoughtful touches. Very dog friendly. Allocated parking.. Welcomed by hosts. Nice local pub. Very impressed. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.

Wonderful wintery (-9 degrees at 8am) night away!
The friendly hosts were really helpful. They made contact and helped guide us through significant road closures to engage we arrived safely. The room was immaculate and the extra touches with biscuits, and porridge along side the tea and coffee was very welcomed. The bed was HUGE and so so comfy! A good night sleep was needed before our planned wintery walk the next day. Was perfect. Will return and plan a lovely summer time walk.

Comfortable and large bed for a good night's sleep.
We booked the accommodation for one night on our way up to Scotland so the location suited us well. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful, and also importantly the bed was out of this world. It was definitely extra-large and very comfortable. We couldn't fault it.

A very comfortable relaxing evening prior to moving on to our final destination
The room was very clean and comfortable the heating was just right and we spent a very comfortable nights sleep. I had breakfast but my husband does not eat porridge so he went without. I had two cups of tea but my husband does not drink anything hot so he took his own drink. I loved the private bathroom next to our room.
The parking was very close between vehicles making it difficult to remove your bags from the car.
