Great big house with lots of beds, very clean, good location.
One sofa bed in the basement was very very uncomfortable, maybe fit for a small child but for an adult it was impossible to sleep on.

Good location for getting into the city centre, we used uber and for a large taxi was around £15, but equally you could walk to the tram stop in 5 mins. Handy having 5 double rooms as we were 5 couples so there was plenty of space of us all.
We thought the property had a parking space which it didn’t but were able to park easily on the street outside.

Central location to be based in when going into the city centre and spacious for 7 people. Good lounge area to relax in and plenty of bathrooms to use.
Floor weren’t cleaned, some plates and bowls were dirty in the cupboard, and beds were not comfy. Basement smelt of damp, under the sorta has clearly never been cleaned, and some of the towels were dirty with stains on them.
