One floor of the apartment is used as a hotel. The bed was uncomfortable, the sink was very old and noisy. The air conditioner didn’t work, and it was very cold at night. It wasn’t hygienic. The parking was said to be on the street or in a nearby parking lot, but I had to park about a 20-minute walk away.

Only stay here if you have little money and be prepared to suffer!

Location is good and water in shower room nicely hot. That’s just about the only two good things about it.

I had to wait over twenty minutes to be let in, despite texting my arrival time hours before. The room was very small and other guests (and landlord!)noisy when arriving at midnight. Only two bath towels and a very lumpy bed. Hardly any light in the shower room, which was draughty.

We had a great time in Residenza Cantagalli! Nice atmosphere, comfortable bed and overall very clean. Host was very nice and helpful, even showed us great places to visit in Florence. Clean bathroom too and great location near Boboli Gardens.

Very good

It's easy to approach, a 30 minutes walk from the central station and 15-20 minutes from the main sights. The host was amiable and welcoming. It's a beautiful accommodation with antique furniture and interiors. I Would recommend it!

Enjoyable Stay.

The room was clean and tidy and in a handy location for getting a bus into Florence centre. Our host,Matteo was very friendly and helpful,he made our stay a good one.

The fact there were no glasses or mugs in the room was a slight drawback.

Our flight was delayed and there was a taxi strike. The hotel owner drove at 2am to pick us up and was very helpful.

There were no hot water in the morning. The host fixed it only 3 hours after our complaint at about 10:30, after we already checked out. He was not willing to compensate for that.

PERFETTO!

La struttura si trova a pochi passi dal Palazzo Pitti e Piazza Michelangelo. Il proprietario gentilissimo, super disponibile e ci ha consigliato sia cosa visitare che dove mangiare! Noi abbiamo avuto la stanza con il letto rosso. Aveva degli affreschi sulle pareti. Il letto molto principesco in stile medievale come quelli di una volta. Sembra di vivere in una casa d’epoca. Il bagno piccolino ma ha il necessario ed era pulito. Tutto in ordine e bello! Consiglio vivamente questa residenza!

cantagalliden çok memnun kaldık. çok güzel sakin ve temiz bir muhitteydi. oda çok ferah ve geniş tavanlıydı temiz çarşaflar ve havlular vardı. floransanın tarihi kültürünü yansıtan bir dizaynı vardı çok hoşumuza gitti. geç giriş yapmamıza rağmen anlayış gösterdiler ve bizimle güzel ilgilendiler nerelere gitmemiz gerektiği vs anlatıldı. çok memnun kaldık tavsiye ederiz.

küçük ve eski tip bir kaloriferle ısınıyordu ve ısıtmaya yetmiyordu.klima vardı ancak kumandasını bulamadık o yüzden özellikle gece ısınma sorunu yaşadık

Ottima posizione

La posizione è ottima. Si possono raggiungere a piedi il Giardino di Boboli, Palazzo Pitti, le Gallerie degli Uffizi e le principali attrazioni turistiche della città. Il signore che ci ha accolti è stato molto disponibile e ci ha dato dei consigli pratici, compreso un bel bar (caffè Petrarca) vicinissimo alla struttura dove abbiamo fatto ottime colazioni.

Stanza molto basica, per il nostro soggiorno è andata bene, ma se si dovesse restare più di una paio di notti potrebbe diventare scomoda (soprattutto il bagno, un po' piccolo). Un'altra cosa, che NON riguarda la struttura, ma che potrebbe essere utile sapere per chi viaggia in auto, è che parcheggiare a Firenze è difficile! Le linee bianche sono per i residenti e bisogna uscire (abbastanza) dal centro per poter trovare un parcheggio libero. La posizione strategica della strutturaci ha permesso di farlo con facilità.

L'appartamento è molto comodo e pulito anche se datato. Facile parcheggiare anche se nel parcheggio pubblico. Molto tranquillo a differenza di altre zone della città. Il centro raggiungibile con una camminata di mezz'ora molto piacevole. Quartiere molto curato, c'è tutto quello che serve, comprese fermate bus. L'oste gentilissimo e disponibile.

Ruime zeer warme kamer ver van de binnenstad

De kamer was ruim opgezet met een eigen balkon en badkamer. De gastheer was erg vriendelijk en sprak goed Engels.

De kamer was veel te warm. Zelfs met de airco die er hing was de kamer bloedheet. Het was erg ver van het centrum af ookal deed de gastheer het voordoen alsof alles lekker dichtbij was.

Staff cordiale ed alla mano. Matteo ci ha suggerito delle vere trattorie toscane di qualità, e tanti suggerimenti su come muoverci in città. Stanza pulita, comoda ed accogliente.

Forse cambierei le porte delle camere, un po troppo fine e poco fonoassorbenti tanto da sentire chiacchiere provenienti dal disimpegno.

Mi piace la struttura perché non è tanto lontano al centro e anche un posto tranquilla.

Non mi è piaciuto soltanto il bagno perché non ha il bide. Ma cmq non è di grave l’importante c’è la doccia che funziona bene che ci sono l’acqua calda e fredda per fare la doccia.
