We had a very comfortable and fairly well equipped apartment, a short bus ride from central Florence. The staff were helpful and responsive and the breakfast was simple but very tasty. Very large bed. The washing machine was very handy! A very cost-effective alternative to expensive Florence hotels.
It would have been helpful to have a clothes airer in the apartment. Nothing else really - it was simple but good value for money and we were comfortable there.

The staff were friendly and responded quickly and jacuzzi was also very good 👍
The cutlery stuff were not enough and commuting to the city center only had one bus not on the planned timetable.

There was no daily cleaning visit by housekeeping. Towels are supposed to be changed every three days (this was known from the start). The room had a very stinging smell. The location of the apartment is far from the center.
Good response in communication from the host. She was always very fast in response but did not do anything to solve the stinging smell issue in the apartment.
