Bright and cozy apartment in the heart of the village of Bellagio, a few steps from the pier, the bus station and the beautiful Villa Serbelloni.The apartment, located on the first floor of a house in the center, spreads on two floors. The entrance opens onto the living area, consisting of a large living room featuring a sofa, a dining table, a television and a fully-equipped kitchen complete with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a juicer and a toaster. The second floor hosts the sleeping area, consisting of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a balcony and a bedroom with two twin beds and, on request, one pull-out single bed. A bathroom with bathtub and shower, a toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer complete the layout. At guests' disposal amenities such as wi-fi, iron, air conditioning and heating.Cot and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay, per item.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. Among the most fascinating aspects of this village there are undoubtedly its charming villas, famous all over the world for their splendor and their manicured gardens. To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como. The apartment is 1 hour and 25-minute drive from Orio al Serio Airport.

This is a fabulous apartment right in the centre of Bellagio. Very spacious with everything that you need just off the main area. Not far from ferry. Staying here you feel that you are in the heart of Bellagio. Windows/ balcony open out to street below. Loved it!

Knew nothing about Bellagio when I booked. When we arrived the home was larger than I expected, very clean, and all amenities updated. We stayed for a long weekend but this place has everything you would need for a long term stay. We did not realize how good the location was. Our balcony overlooked the top of the Salita Serbelloni and the street below. Everything was walking distance. Bellagio is beautiful and this place is in the center of everything. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved Bellagio and our stay at Casa Roncati! The apartment is at the top of the famous steps just to the left. You can see everyone taking photos of the steps from the apartment balcony. We enjoyed having an expresso and relaxing on that balcony daily. The location is close to all the shops and restaurants and easy to get to the ferries. Apartment was spacious and spotless. The host was easily reached by messaging and responded promptly to questions. Wifi was excellent. We highly recommend Casa Roncati!
FYI: if you arrive by ferry and have luggage, it’s better to turn left from pier and walk on the road/path to the apartment. The famous steps of Bellagio are not luggage friendly!
