About this apartment rental
Apartment facing Lake Como with a balcony with a wonderful view, located in the heart of Borgo di Bellagio.
The apartment is on the third floor of a building without an elevator.
The entrance opens into the living room, which consists of a sofa, TV, dining table, and access to the balcony, from which you can admire a magnificent view of the lake.
The open kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, juicer and toaster. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, wardrobe, and a small balcony. Upstairs, reached by internal stairs, is a queen-size bed with a closet and a single bed. Two bathrooms with a shower and hairdryer complete the layout.
At guests' disposal, amenities include a washing machine, iron, free wi-fi, and heating for colder days.
Cot and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay, per item.

Among these treasures stands Bellagio, "The pearl of the Lario", a village of just over 3000 inhabitants on the northern end of the Larian Triangle, in which the two branches of the Lake are divided.
Among the most fascinating aspects of this village there are undoubtedly its charming villas, famous all over the world for their splendor and their manicured gardens. To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.
