Location good, welcome from staff lovely, property size was big enough.

Location. Size. Washing machine.

Small shower. Bugs - perhaps need bug treatment. Sofa had damp smell and was really uncomfortable to sit on.

Great location!

Location is simply perfect, in a quiet small village next to Bellagio. Easy to take a bath in the lake. Very nice take away just next to the house. Nice garden. Helpful staff and easy communication with them.

You cant control AC settings, they are locked. Shower is very small. Couch is not very comfy. Lack of microwave. Awful Wifi.

Definetely recommend

Everything was perfect, especially the location - the accomadation is located near the town centre but in a quiet part of the city so you have a lot of privacy here. The house was clean and it had everything we needed. We will definetely come back.

The only thing that was missing for us was railing on the bunk bed for the safety of our children.

Excellent location, recently renovated, well equipped

Fabulous location, can see part of lake from bedroom, can hear lake water at night. Small beach 20metres away, perfect for swimming and sunbathing. Close to centre of Bellagio, but tucked in quiet corner. Great garden and perfect for outdoor eating. Very well equipped kitchen and cottage. Private parking.

Lovely location quiet 2 minutes to small beach quieter than Bellagio but within easy reach although a bit of a climb to reach

When you reach Bellagio by ferry there are no taxis the walk to the cottage is hilly but short and if not fit you wouldn’t make it walking with cases ,something has to be done about that

A wonderful stay!

The cottage was great, really spacious and very comfortable. The location was superb - really close to Bellagio and to the lake. And communications were excellent- Andrea responded quickly to queries and was very helpful.

We would choose this place again.

Our family of 2 adults and 3 kids of different ages were happy to stay 4 days in this beautiful freshly renovated house. The place is located in a quiet area (about 15 min walk from Bellagio) with mostly only locals living there. The host was constantly reachable via Whatsapp and very helpful with a couple of small technical problems. Groceries are also within 20 min walking distance. The landscape is not flat, so be prepared for ups and downs, but it is generously compensated by superb nature views.

It is not directly related to the housing, but Como region is crazily overcrowded by tourists during Easter time. You may stuck in 1 hour waiting for a table to get lunch, no ferry tickets, busses passing by without stop and taxi operator answering "We have no car available withing 2-3 hours from now". Trains are reliable though, so if you plan to come here by public transport during a high tourist season in daytime, take a train to Varenna and then a short range ferry from there that goes only between three villages.

Opción razonable para una familia de 3 personas. Difícil acceso.

Apartamento espacioso, limpio y razonablemente equipado.

La calefacción no funcionaba al inicio de nuestra estadía. El acceso a la propiedad era caminando por un largo camino desparejo. Muy difícil subir cuando uno está con maletas. Falló la provisión de algunos elementos esenciales.
