Stanza pulita e ben arredata. Host accogliente e gentilissimo. Posto centrale.

L'assenza di appendini in bagno per gli asciugamani. Non c'era proprio posto dove metterli e l'assenza del bagnoschiuma in doccia.

The host was incredibly polite and welcoming; he even waited for us since our check-in was delayed. The property was spotlessly clean and very well organized. However, the absolute highlight was the air conditioning, which worked wonderfully and kept the environment perfect.

Upon arrival, the host charged us a €10 fee in cash, claiming it was a local tax, which made no sense to pay by hand. Regarding communication, he kept messaging on WhatsApp about the schedule even though I explicitly told him I couldn't respond all the time however, he was understanding in the end and waited for us. Later, he asked about our departure time, and when we said we would leave before 11:00 AM, he acted as if he was confirming a strict rule, which was completely logicless since we couldn't stay past 11:00 AM anyway. Inside, the bathroom lacks sufficient lighting and there is no holder for the soap. Lastly, there were many rats outside right in front of the building entrance, although this is an external urban condition of the location.

Roberto était un hôte très accueillant, souriant et disponible ! La chambre était propre et confortable, des serviettes et des draps fournis. Parfait, je recommande !

Le seul point négatif est que l’appartement est un peu loin du centre de gênes et des gares, mais il est desservi par les bus donc ce n’était pas très grave !

Host gentile, posizione discreta

Appartamento troppo spartano e sostanzialmente sguarnito: nessuna tenda alle finestre, nessun gancio per gli asciugamani, letto non comodissimo, tappetino scendi doccia ambiguo, nessun cestino per la spazzatura in bagno, poca aria. Orari check-in scomodi. Poca cura per alcuni piccoli dettagli quali, ad esempio, una macchinetta per il caffè con le classiche cialdine, 1 bottiglietta d'acqua per le emergenze. Vicino ma non vicinissimo alla stazione di piazza Verdi.
