Perfect for our needs.

Easy to find , personalised service , nice view out the window . Air conditioning nice on a hot day , shutters keep the noise down in the evening

Good flat for a stopover in Genoa

It's clean, it wasn't very expensive, and the owner is really nice and accommodating. It was really hot outside and the appartment was still fresh

The location isn't great and the flat overlooked a very busy road, and as it was shared with other people, it was very noisy.

value for money, not a hotel, more like just a room and a shared bathroom. you can sleep, take a bath and go to toilet,

it’s Wert affordable, like 50€ pr. night. the hoste is also wery nice, he answer fast and is doing I great job with his guests. it’s value for money!

it’s not luxurious, but it works! it’s a nice bed, the bathroom works and there is warm and clean water. a bit old fashion but it works.

Atenção do proprietário.

Muito longe da rodoviária e o motorista do táxi nos deixou no lugar errado, causando transtorno na nossa locomoção para o local certo. Mas o Roberto foi muito prestativo e nos ajudou.

Świetne miejsce z dobrym dojazdem do centrum

Świetne miejsce w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji - łatwy dojazd do centrum, przystanek autobusowy pod budynkiem. Sklepy i bary w pobliżu, na dole była też kawiarnia z pysznymi focacciami, idealnymi na śniadanie :) Sam pokój był super, czysty, całkiem duży, zapewnione ręczniki, czajnik, mikrofalówka i lodówka (w korytarzu), suszarka do włosów, nawet klimatyzacja. Właściciel bardzo miły, gościnny i komunikatywny. Pozwolił nam się zameldować wcześniej, czekał na nas w budynku, żeby przekazać nam klucze i przywitał z wielkim uśmiechem :)

Niestety w naszym pokoju prawie nie działało wi-fi :( Czasami trzeba było wyjść na korytarz, żeby złapać połączenie z internetem - chyba sygnał nie dochodził do pokoju. Nie są zapewnione sztućce, talerze ani kubki (o czym wiedziałyśmy), co może stanowić mały problem, jeśli podróżuje się z małym bagażem.

Ett student boende där man delar toalett och dusch i en förort.

Det står ej i beskrivningen att man delar ett omodernt badrum och toalett med andra. Lyhört med avlopp, en gäst hostade oavbrutet i två dagar och det kändes osäkert att bo där och bli smittad då vi skulle jobba på sjukhuset i närheten. Det var dåligt lyse och mörkt i hallen, ett gemensamt kylskåp ett dyrt student boende.

Vi kunde ej lämna våra väskor i något utrymme, sen incheckning. Omodernt. Lovade att det fanns en bar cafe i fastigheten, men den var stängt. Så det fanns inget att äta eller dricka i närheten som var öppet.

Mnóstwo zalet: - sympatyczny i pomocny właściciel - komfortowy, klimatyzowany pokój - czysta łazienka - lodówka, mikrofalówka i czajnik na korytarzu - winda w budynku (tylko kilka schodków przy wejściu) - dobra lokalizacja - szybki dojazd do centrum o każdej porze dnia

Kilka drobnych wad - brak naczyń kuchennych, sztućców, itd., ale wiedzieliśmy o tym - brak uchwytu na mydło/żel pod prysznicem - dość głośno na zewnątrz, ale wystarczy wziąć zatyczki

la camera è in un ottima posizione in una zona tranquilla, nonostante la strada che porterebbe a pensare l'incontrario. Roberto è stato pazientissimo e gentilissimo in fase di check in. Il bagno è in comune con un'altra stanza, però è tutto pulito e in ordine.
