Basic and comfortable

Basic but perfectly comfortable. About 20 minutes walk to the harbour and the labyrinth of old streets, closer to the grand high Street area.

Other travellers may like to note that there are stairs up to the room, which may present a challenge if you're carrying big bags or struggle with mobility.

Noisy but good

It was really nice, clean and accesible. The area was nice. The cafe downstairs really good.

The only thing we didn’t like was that the bathroom was not in the room even though it was private bathroom we had to go down the hall and it was too noisy outside our window.

Perfetto per visitare Genova

La posizione è perfetta per il centro e la maggior parte delle attrazioni. E' a pochi minuti a piedi da Brignole e anche alcuni parcheggi dove lasciare e non spostare l'auto e poi girare a piedi. E' in una via pedonale e anche grazie agli infissi nuovi, silenziosa di notte. I gestori inviano in anticipo tutte le informazioni per accedere e sono gentili. La stanza era confortevole e tutto molto pulito. Ottima qualità prezzo.

La ventola del riscaldamento è piuttosto rumorosa

Ottima posizione

La posizione della casa è davvero comodissima,vicina al centro e alla stazione. Alloggio accogliente, disponibile il proprietario.

Le uniche due cose che non mi sono piaciute sono la doccia ( funzionante ma il getto dell'acqua era piuttosto debole), e l'impianto di condizionamento della stanza piuttosto vecchiotto.

Boa relação preço-qualidade!

Anfitrião muito atencioso, responde rápido às mensagens. Espaço amplo e limpo. Pude deixar as minhas malas no alojamento antes e depois do check-in, o que foi muito prático. Localização excelente, no centro, dá para ir a pé aos pontos turísticos principais.

Cama e almofadas desconfortáveis, o colchão é muito fino. Roupa da cama algo gasta pelo uso.

Muy buena ubicación al casco histórico y a la estación de tren.

El “aire acondicionado” hacia muchísimo ruido y la caldera en el baño también. Podría tener alguna nevera pequeña aunque fuera común de las habitaciones para poder meter como mínimo el agua.

Sorpresa piacevolmente da Genova

La posizione non proprio centrale ma comoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi percorrendo la bellissima via XX Settembre.

Il bagno, anche se riservato, era esterno.

Ottimo soggiorno

Ottimo soggiorno, stanza e bagno pulitissimi. Abbiamo segnalato la perdita di acqua dal piano doccia e sono sicura che presto verrà sistemato. Anche se tramite messaggio, la comunicazione con l'host è stata rapida ed efficace. Ottima anche la posizione, in pieno centro a pochissimi passi dalla stazione di Genova Brignole.

I cuscini erano davvero scomodi (almeno per quanta riguarda me ed il mio compagno) in quanto bassissimi e molli. Come dicevo, ottima la posizione, ma essendo in pieno centro in una via pedonale, era impossibile dormire con le finestre aperte. Ovvio che la colpa non è dell'host. Per fortuna in stanza c'era un ventilatore, ma sicuramente sarebbe stato meglio avere un condizionatore.

Séjour d'une nuit agréable

Une rue agréable. La localisation entre la gare Brignole et le centre historique est top pour déposer les bagages à l'arrivée. Café et croissant dans un petit commerce juste au pied du logement.

Un + serait d'ajouter une bouilloire pour le plaisir d'une boisson chaude dans la chambre. On entre dans la chambre avec un code, pas d'hôte à l'accueil

Ottima posizione. Facile accedere e tutto ben organizzato. Disponibilità del personale seppure "invisibile". Letto comodissimo. Camera e bagno puliti.

Il bagno é privato si' ma all'esterno della camera e questo non é indicato nella descrizione. Per una notte nessun problema ma per un periodo più lungo é scomodo. Secondo piano ma non c'é ascensore. anche questo non specificato.

Posizione ottima a 4 min a piedi dalla stazione bus e treni Genova Bignole. Pulizia camera, staff subito disponibile tramite whatsapp. Codice di entrata numerico sia portone che camera personale.

Bagno non è incluso nella stessa camera ma il bagno è in una stanza vicina, bisogna inserire il codice e entrare. Tende non oscuranti entrava troppa luce.

A szállás nagyon jó helyen van, gyalog el lehet jutni bárhova. A szoba és a fürdőszoba is makulátlan tiszta volt, modern berendezésű és maximálisan biztonságos. Az épület mellett közvetlenül van egy fantasztikus kis bár nagyon finom és friss péksüteményekkel és kávéval.

A párna borzalmasan kemėny, alvásra alkalmatlan. A fürdőszoba nem közvetlenül a szobából nyílik, hanem a folyosóról. A szobában nincs hűtőszekrény, de még szék sem, csak az ágyon tudsz ülni. Ja, és egy szemetes sem ártana. Az utca, ahol az épület van, nagyon forgalmas es hangos. Éjszaka is.

Mieszkanie w doskonałej lokalizacji

Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, dogodne zameldowanie z kodem, elastyczność i bez problemów. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Jednak jest to obok uliczki gdzie nocą przy otwartym oknie jest dość głośno. Łazienka poza pokojem, mieszkanie zgodne z opisem i zdjęciami. Z WiFi nie korzystałam.

Drobne przeszkody od razu skonsultowałam z właścicielem, byl zaangażowany i szybko rozwiązaliśmy
