Great location, very adorable and chubby cat who we loved saying hi to!! We were able to do laundry at certain times of the day, and owner provides detergent and any cleaning supplies. The room was very spacious and comfortable with fresh bedding and towels. The bathroom was good with nice water pressure in the shower as well as a bidet. This location was a short walk to a bus and train station, which we were able to easily figure out in order to take trains to the beach a few times during our stay. The property is right next door to a cafe with drinks and food, and very short walking distance from lots of shops, coffee, and small restaurants. For young adults, this place (and Genoa) in general lacks good nightlife, but we ended up finding a few random fun things to do such as local Italian bingo which ended up being fun!!
No AC was a big struggle because we came during a heatwave. Could’ve done with an extra fan in the room because of how big the room is. Multiple flights of stairs up to the property can be hard, but owner offers to help bring luggage up and down!

Het was middenin Genua. Je was echt in het Genua van de stegen. Overal dichtbij en ik kon daardoor in de avond nog even ergens iets gaan drinken en dan naar huis lopen.
De eigenaar was zeer behulpzaam o.a. bij het tillen van mijn bagage. Je moet wel zelf drie ruime trappen op kunnen lopen. Alles was heel schoon. Er was een koelkast en dat is ook handig. Een heel fijn en veilig verblijf ook voor een vrouw alleen.

Posizione ottimale per muoversi a piedi: tutti i luoghi di interesse raggiungibili in 5 max 10 minuti a piedi. Camera essenziale, pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort (compresi sapone e shampoo), lenzuola, asciugamani e copriletto impeccabili! Possibilità di lavanderia. Francesco, il proprietario, estremamente accogliente, disponibile, ospitale e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Consigliatissimo!
Le 5 rampe di scale impegnative il primo giorno :-), ma Francesco disponibilissimo anche per i bagagli.
