Camera con bagno semplici ma molto ben puliti e tenuti. A 5 minuti dal porto vecchio e 5 minuti dalla fontana di piazza De Ferrari. Consigliato

Keskeny ágy, csak ventillátor van, nincs klíma, sokat kell lepcsőzni, kissé zajos

Excellent host, lovely cat 🐈‍⬛. Very spacious room with a TV and fan. It was definitely needed during our stay, as it was peak summer. Location was perfect and we were provided with some recommended spots to explore.

The stairs 🤣 although I did read about this and it was expected of course. So make sure you remember everything as you won’t want to be going up and down those many times a day.

Great location, very adorable and chubby cat who we loved saying hi to!! We were able to do laundry at certain times of the day, and owner provides detergent and any cleaning supplies. The room was very spacious and comfortable with fresh bedding and towels. The bathroom was good with nice water pressure in the shower as well as a bidet. This location was a short walk to a bus and train station, which we were able to easily figure out in order to take trains to the beach a few times during our stay. The property is right next door to a cafe with drinks and food, and very short walking distance from lots of shops, coffee, and small restaurants. For young adults, this place (and Genoa) in general lacks good nightlife, but we ended up finding a few random fun things to do such as local Italian bingo which ended up being fun!!

No AC was a big struggle because we came during a heatwave. Could’ve done with an extra fan in the room because of how big the room is. Multiple flights of stairs up to the property can be hard, but owner offers to help bring luggage up and down!
