Very nice and clean room

Good stay in Genoa close to station

450m to Genova Brignole, spacious room, shower with strong pressure, outside sitting room with snacks and drinks.

Lift takes time to come, shower stall was too cramped.

Totally worth the money!

Everything was ok. Good location, good breakfast (mainly sweet stuff) with coffee and juices. The roolm and the bathroom were clean. The room was very big which was nice with air condition. The location was nice, near the Brignole train station. Good hour for check out also. I would totally recommend.

Two nights stay, nice hostess

The accomodation was located near the city center and was sorrounded by restaurants and shops. The room was big and you have everything you need, towels, soap and so on. The breakfast selection was limited but gave you something to set you up for the day.

The air conditioner did not work very well. We had one hot day in Genoa and that night it was quite warm in our room.

Just for stopover in Genoa

I liked the location of the apartment which is very close to the main train station. Also there's a private parking lot for 18eur a day next to the building, so the car was parked safely. The ratio of price and quality is fair enough, but could be slightly better.

A toilet cover was broken and even got a scratch when using the toilet, but no one responded to my message regarding that. They also claim they have a WIFI, but it's totally bad and useless, had to you my own mobile data during the stay.

A pleasant stay in Genoa

Breakfast included was a very nice bonus. The location made it easy to find and walk to the places we wanted to see/go. The apartment and room was very clean and organized.

The air conditioner in the room clearly did not work, as the overnight temperature made it difficult to comfortably sleep. Otherwise the stay was very pleasant.

Genoa in a Day

The staff was amazing allowing us to leave our bags so we could view the city as we were a little early. Great value with breakfast . Well organized and opportunity to meet other couples on the kitchen. Lovely stay . Highly recommended .helpful pointers about the city. I Suggest the museum card great value for 15 euro to enter many building and museums.

property was clean and tidy and has all you need to a stay. location is great and near everything.

reception and rooms are on the 3rd floor and isn’t findable on first look. thought we were going into a block or flats or apartments. and had to walk up the stairs to try and find it. wasn’t the best late at night. breakfast is basic.

highly recommended

room was big, cozy and clean. we had a private bathroom outside the room which was right next to it. breakfast was included and there was a good selection of breakfast pastries, biscuits and also focaccia. there’s a lift which was good to bring our luggage and the pram upstairs. the lady looking after the property was lovely and very helpful. location was perfect, walking distance to all the main attractions.

Quirky but comfortable

It is a bit quirky, being in what is basically an old style office building, complete with a very old elevator. The room itself was a good size and well heated.

Very good

We really liked the location of this place. The owner is EXTREMELY NICE, could not have imagined a better owner. We wanted to leave luggage there before check-in, which was possible. Check-in is from 3pm but we were able to check-in a little bit earlier. The bathroom was good, clean, whole room was well equipped. There was enough space. You can use air-conditioning or warm up your room in cold months. One morning we wanted to go on a trip and we did not have time to catch breakfast. The owner allowed us to take some food in advance and also prepared plastic bag for us. We appreciated it very much!

One thing I did not like was the fact that we had kitchen with dirty dishes. I think that not all the dishes were checked, so we found dirty plates, glasses, scoops. We had to clean it on our own. Also detergent was not in the room, so we had to clean the dishes somehow else.

You will survive if it is a night

1- The Location was great, just 5 minutes walk from the main railway station 2- The bed was a little comfy 3- The breakfast was okay 4- The lady in the reception was very friendly and very nice with us, we loved her so much, she is the highlight of the place!

1- The Bathroom, oh my god the bathroom, each time you go into the bathroom it was a disaster for us, although we stayed only for one night but i can’t even imagine if someone stayed 3 or 4 nights how he or she won’t go absolutely crazy from the amount of noise that this bathroom has! If you opened anything in this bathroom the people outside won’t even stand staying in the room, it’s so noisy that you will think a couple of times about cutting your ears! 2- The Air condition is not really a normal air condition, i have never seen something like this and you can never sleep if it’s open for cold or hot. 3- The bathroom shower is a disaster too, It’s broken and you have to direct it to the right so the water will not fill the whole bathroom 4- You can hear everything happening in the floor as the door is not sound proof.

rooms are spacious and clean. bed comfortable. good breakfast selection. they have a kitchen close to our room to get hot water at night. staff are helpful and friendly. has a small elevator that helped alot with big luggage
