great location- just a 5 min walk from the station, the flat was super clean, appreciated the free towels, the kitchen was well equipped

the wifi was spotty and there was low pressure in the shower but I think they were looking at it as we were leaving

Good stay for a travelling couple

The bedroom itself is very comfortable and clean. The bed is lovely and large and the wardrobe is useful for longer stays. The location is close to the train station and a short walk away from the port. The apartment building felt secure and felt very authentic and well kept. Although a little tricky to find the owners gave us a picture of the front door and clear instructions of how to access the room which was very helpful.

The shared bathroom felt quite unclean particularly with it being shared by a few rooms and quite a few times had to wait a while to use it if somebody was taking a while. Shower is either boiling hot or cold but in the hot weather we didn’t mind a cold shower. There is no AC in the bedroom but there is a standing fan which made it manageable even in 30 degrees.

Stay away from this place

It was just a few minutes walk from Genova Brignole railway station.

Extremely difficult to find. The person on the other side of the phone was rude and unwilling to help. In fact, the local grocery sellers helped me to search and find it. I had reserved a room with en-suite bathroom, but there were only shared bathroom facilities available. Actually, this place is located in an old building block, just right to the Genova Mercato (meat and grocery market), with the nearby bars and clubs thriving all night. Please stay away from this place.

Ottimo soggiorno, posizione comoda e quartiere tranquillo

Posizione comodissima per chi arriva in treno, la via si trova in un quartiere molto tranquillo che dista pochi passi dalla stazione Brignole (la stazione principale della città di Genova), alle porte del centro città. Sotto al palazzo si trova un mercato coperto con ristorantini etnici e locali aperto anche la sera. Percorrendo poi via XX settembre (la via dello shopping) in 10 minuti si arriva alla famosa fontana De Ferrari. In riferimento alla struttura, accesso semplice, wi-fi buono, stanza pulita e molto luminosa con ampie finestre e soffitti alti. Comunicazione con i gestori ottima, disponibili, sempre presenti e pronti a rispondere.

Un aspetto negativo è certamente il bagno in condivisione. Però il prezzo è vantaggioso e se non si hanno grosse pretese da quel punto di vista, ne vale assolutamente la pena. L'arredamento è essenziale, ma non manca quasi nulla. Ho soggiornato nella stanza A, dove ci sono due letti, uno singolo e uno matrimoniale. Per il primo valuterei l'idea di mettere una prolunga e, per il letto matrimoniale sarebbe più funzionale avere il comodino (o comunque un appoggio per occhiali e quant'altro) su entrambi i lati del letto.

Beaucoup trop fatiguée pour visiter quoi que se soit

Le lit était plutôt pas mal. Mon conjoint et moi avons bien dormi? Mais serait-ce le voyage de 7h30 de route en moto?

Alors il y a bcp à dire. Premièrement le lieux indiqué sur booking et où se situe le logement n'ai pas le même. Nous avons du tourné en rond avant de le trouver. Ensuite les sonnette ne fonctionne pas. Nous avons du appeler le numéro que l'on nous a donné en cas de besoin. Une bonne femme m'a répondu très mal. Elle m'a aussi contacté en dehors de l'application. l'ascenseur il aurait fallut nous prévenir de tourner le loquet de la porte en métal pour que l'ascenseur monte ou descende. Ensuite les clés mais y en a 30 000 dans une même boîte!!! Pas insonorisé, les porte qui grince énormément, les chauffages qui ne fonctionne pas...
