Small place with a brilliant view of Genoa, placement is particularly good

Good hotel. There is not a low included, the kitchen would need some more dishes and utensils to cook with. It was reasonably clean

Great room with pretty view, close to train station

We loved the location - very close to Genova Brignole station and atractions based in Genova. We wanted to visit nearby places like S.M. Ligure, Portofino, Rapallo etc. so train station close to us came in handy. Room was clean and was more than sufficient for our needs (with an awesome view as well). Personel was really nice and helpful.

Location is great, price is good and has all the equipment you need.

It feels a bit like a shared dorm with a bit more privacy, since the walls are insanely thin. You can hear every little noise from the hallway and the other rooms, so we woke up very early in the morning from the other guests.

- posizione ottima per visitare il centro di Genova a piedi o muoversi con i mezzi - livello di pulizia accettabile, anche se con qualche scivolone (es. lenzuola pulite ma con aloni e macchioline, che forse denotano lavaggi in lavatrice domestica e non in lavanderia specializzata) - cucina in comune con fornitura essenziale (non adatta a chi voglia seriamente cucinare) - buona temperatura nella stanza

- pareti sottilissime, si sente davvero ogni cosa dalle altre stanze, soprattutto se gli altri ospiti non limitano il volume della propria voce (Ciao ragazza bassa di 1.50 m, formosa, con tatuaggio a fiori azzurri e rosa e spadino sopra la 🥔 in cerca di gentil compagnia per la serata, poi trovata. Sì cara, sfortunatamente si sentiva davvero tutto). Quindi il vostro riposo dipende molto dalla fortuna e dall'educazione degli altri. - comfort davvero minimi (es. mancanza di prese di corrente vicino al letto, bollitore elettrico, più ganci per appendere gli asciugamani in bagno) - pulizia talvolta non adeguata

Me gustó la habitación espaciosa. Que la dueña contestase la llamada para facilitar los problemas iniciales de acceso . Y el ascensor !!!!

Cuando llegamos la habitación estaba abierta y había un olor a tabaco muy fuerte. La experiencia fue decepcionante, en pleno enero nos dieron una sábana y una colcha para arroparnos en un sitio donde no hay calefacción individual, sino que solo se enciende a ciertas horas del día (la habitación estaba fría por la noche). Lo peor de todo fue el ruido, tanto del resto de habitaciones (se escucha la gente entrar, salir, ducharse, cocinar e incluso mear: no pudimos pegar ojo desde las 4 de la mañana hasta la hora del check-out) como de las camas y ventanas (estaba rota y durante la noche hacía un ruido insoportable). El baño es compartido y todo lo que ello implica: falta papel higiénico (concretamente había un rollo para siete habitaciones), hay pelos por la ducha, por el suelo, el agua caliente no funciona correctamente y dicen que ofrecen champú y gel pero los botes están vacíos. Después de esta terrible experiencia nos pusimos en contacto con el dueño por la mañana y su respuesta fue: hay dos baños y la calefacción es central por lo que frío no hace. No contentos con eso, nos exigieron los 6€ de la tasa turística cuando tienen estipulado que eso debe realizarse antes del check-in (escrito en carteles en las habitaciones). Exigen el pago de la tasa pero no tienen datáfono para cobrarla.
