Regrettable
The house has 5 bedrooms of which many women on the streets rent rooms for an hour or 2 on a regular basis so you can expect interesting housemates during your stay. The owner will add extra charges when you arrive including over charging you for tourist tax illegally and refuse a refund to you. So be warned if you plan on staying here

The single bed was falling apart. I had to fix it every time i was laying in bed

Misleading listing and very uncomfortable stay.
The building itself is beautiful.
The room was very unwelcoming despite being large. The listing was misleading: the bathroom is shared among five rooms, which was not clearly mentioned. The room felt more like a cell, with countless signs on the walls threatening extra charges. The bed frame seemed poorly constructed, and the linens appeared worn and unkempt. There were no mosquito nets or insect repellents, and mosquitoes were abundant. Overall, the room felt neglected and uncomfortable, suggesting the main goal was to collect payment rather than provide a pleasant stay. Apart from the attractive building, the experience was very disappointing. The room was uncomfortable, poorly maintained, as well the bathroom. Not recommended.

La ubicación. Que tuviese cocina, aunque fuese compartida (no nos gusta). Tenía jabón en las duchas. Había calefacción, aunque no la usamos. El portero que nos guió. (Hay portero en el edificio)
Lavabo compartido. Se escuchaba absolutamente todo, incluso si tú vecino encendía la luz. Me encontré una cucaracha en la mesa de escritorio con todas mis cosas. No hay aire acondicionado. Camas hacían mucho ruido. Muchos mosquitos. Tenía jabón en las duchas, pero uno estaba agotado, al día siguiente estaba igual. No había tele en ningún sitio (ni habitación ni cocina).
