Genova rooms - great stay

Localisation of the place is perfectly close to everything you might need. The palace is sourrounded by two parks and is 5 mins walking from one of the train station. The equipmemt of room is basic but sufficient for a short stay, the cleann ess of the place is amazing tough (kitchen. Shared bathroom and common space is cleaned daily). What surprised us most was the full-equiped kitchen that allows you to cook almost anything - great advantage over different places. I recommend this place to anyone for short and ever longer stay. Ps. The bed was also amazingly comfy.

The thickness of the wall, that makes any noise audible for the neighbouring rooms. And overhelming amount of rules-to-obey on the wall.

Good value for money. Good location.

Close to shops and public transport. The room is big enough for us as a couple. Bed is comfy and room is clean. Only one socket though for charging phones, etc.

The standing lamp was not working and reported it the first night unfortunately we left the place without being fixed. We were there for only 2 nights though. There was a bit of leak on the bathroom, but overall was good stay.

Horrible experience and scam

First of all, they gave us intructions for self check in but the key was missing in the box. Then, after calling the staff, we came to the room that was supposed to be ready but it was occupied!!! They didn't prepare any room and whole flat was already occupied by other guests. Then (45 minutes later) the owner came to pick us up and move us to his private flat where we stayed the night. His private flat was dirty, there were food leftovers inside and lots of dust. Eventually, we came to his flat at 00:30 am. After all this drama they refunded only 50% of the price. Unbelievable! Horrible approach towards tourists. Avoid this place.

La struttura ha un'ottima posizione centrale; la camera era molto pulita e dotata.

Nel complesso non sono soddisfatta della mia esperienza. La comunicazione con lo staff della struttura è intermittente e poco chiaro. Non c'è nessun tipo di controllo di chi alloggia all'interno dell'appartamento, e questo è stato chiaro quando la sera che abbiamo passato in struttura il nostro sonno è stato interrotto da urla e schiamazzi di persone poco educate che alloggiavano nel medesimo appartamento con la relativa poca insonorizzazione che ci si può aspettare all'interno di un'appartamento da una stanza all'altra. L'odore poco igienico all'interno dell'appartamento era forte. Per fortuna che all'interno della nostra camera era rimasto l'odore di pulito e sembrava molto ben pulita prima del nostro arrivo. Nel complesso non consiglierei la struttura.

Ótima localização

O apartamento é bastante silencioso, limpo e organizado, cozinha excelente e com uma localização que facilita muito.. é possível chegar a qualquer lado, muito próximo do metro, trem e onibus.

O único defeito é não ter ar condicionado ( o que é informado). Fomos em agosto e não imaginávamos tanto calor, realmente difícil dormir, mesmo com o ventilador que há no quarto.

Beszámoló

A szállás foglalásakor nem volt a közös fürdőszoba feltüntetve, illetve a 24h -s portaszolgálattal nem találkoztunk. Megérkezésünkkor, a megadott telefonszámok, internetes platformok eggyikére sem kaptunk választ a szálláshely elfogadásával kapcsolatban. Emiatt az utcán töltöttünk, több, mint 1 órát. Bejutni egy másik hölgy segített, aki szintén az egyik szoba bérlője volt. Egy másik társaság, szintén hasonló problémákról számolt be! Az idegen forgalmi adó kifizetésével, pedig problémába ütköztünk. Mivel a "személyzet/kapcsolattartó" hölgy bunkó volt, illetve nem volt segítőkész! Jeleztük, hogy nincs készpénzben, csak forintunk.. emiatt kártyával fizetnénk. De ő nem volt segítókész és nem biztosított erre lehetőséget. Ennek okán a díjat magyar forinttal tudtuk megfizetni, de ez nem volt a hölgynek megfelelő és üzenetben szóváltásba is kerültünk.. Összességében, nem ajánlanám senkinek a személyzet hiánya, hiányossága miatt, a pontatlan leírás és a hostel felszereltsége miatt senkinek! Pozitívuma, hogy a szállás a központ szomszédságában van!

Parfait pour visiter Gènes par contre chambre sans salle d'eau privée, sans tv et bruyante

la chambre est dans un appartement situé dans un bel immeuble de Gènes. Idéalement placé, en plein centre ville, à deux pas de tous les centres d'intérêts de Gènes. C'est parfait pour visiter sans utiliser son véhicule grâce au parking payant se trouvant à 200 mètres environ, dans la rue Galata.

L'annonce est "quasi trompeuse" dans la mesure ou les premières lignes indiquent une chambre avec wc et douche et ce n'est qu'après que l'on peut lire "salle de bains partagée"...Pas de tv dans la chambre, pas de point d'eau, insonorisation très moyenne....
