First of all, I want to say that communication with the hosts was very difficult. It felt like the guests had to make all the effort, not them. I sent a message on Booking with some questions, and only a week later I received a one-word reply: “ok”! This lack of communication was the same during the stay — basically zero. There was no professionalism in giving clear instructions to guests; you have to ask and double-check everything yourself. As for comfort, the room and the bed were fine, but the very weak water pressure in the shower was not practical at all after days at the beach. On top of that, the hotel was expensive for what it offered in terms of value for money, especially considering its location — quite far from the city center and about a 15-minute walk from the train station. In the end, don’t expect a warm welcome or any real customer service at this hotel.

We booked a room in advance through Booking.com, and upon arrival, we were informed that the room we had reserved was not available. Instead, we were told we would be relocated to a different room at another address — with no prior notice. When we arrived at the new location, things got even worse. The room was completely different from what we had booked. There was no air conditioning or even a fan, despite both being listed in the original reservation. To make matters worse, there were clothes in the closets, the kitchen was messy, and the bathroom had personal hygiene items — clearly not prepared to receive guests. We had to endure two uncomfortable nights in the heat, as the payment had already been charged and neither the property owner nor Booking.com offered a proper solution. All we received was a tiny credit for a future booking — no actual refund for the terrible experience. Extremely disappointing from start to finish. I do not recommend this property or the support provided.

Ideal por calidad/precio

La habitación aunque modesta, cumple con creces por su relación calidad/precio. El responsable fué muy amable con nosotros, tuvimos que ampliar la estancia y no tuvimos problemas. La ubicacion no es en el centro, pero en nuestro caso no fue problema porque íbamos en coche. El desayuno es en una cafetería muy mona de enfrente y aunque no es copioso, el capuchino que hacen está espectacular

PL 1. Czysto 2. Bardzo dobra klimatyzacja 3. Szybki dojazd autobusem na plaże lub do centrum miasta 4. Pomieszczenie z żelazkiem, czajnikiem, lodówką, itp, do dyspozycji klientów 24h

PL 1. Samoobsługa ok, ale fajnie jakby właściciel wysłał instrukcje jak dostać sie do pokoju poprzez wiadomość na Booking. Pozostaje tylko opcja, aby zadzwonić i być instruowany przez telefon jak się zameldować.

Szuper apartman Genovában

Nagyszerű elhelyezkedés, tisztaság, a reggeli is finom volt és a kis erkély is pont elegendő volt esti borozáshoz,és levegőzéshez. A fürdőszoba is szuper, van kis konyha alap felszereltséggel, hűtővel és mikróval. :) Boltok a közelben a Brignole vasútállomás kb 25perc sétára található.

Génova sobre la marcha

La cama era enorme, y cómoda la habitación limpia, sin ruidos.Enfrente está la parada del bus que te lleva al centro por si no quieres andar numero 18 y a 20 minutos andando tienes la estación del tren. Hay un supermercado y un sitio para desayunar enfrente del apartamento que es el que está concertado para que se desayune gratis, es escaso pero muy rico. Hay una cocina donde puedes dejar tus cosas en caso de que lo necesites. Todo esto lo descubrí sobre la marcha porque no te informan de nada.

Al llegar no tenia las instrucciones para poder entrar.Despues de varios mensajes (sin respuesta) les llame y me dio el código de entrada y el de la habitación. Esto me resultó un poco desorganizado. No hay explicación para el tema del desayuno pero se resolvió llamando por teléfono, es la mejor opción. Si te gustan las duchas con gran presión de agua este no es el caso.

Dommage pour la propreté

Nous avions choisi ce logement pour une nuit avec chambre et salle de bain commune. Pas évident à trouver une fois arrivé sur place. Nous avions dû appeler le propriétaire pour pouvoir y accéder. Il ne parle pas du tout anglais ce qui a conduit à une situation bien cocasse pour se faire comprendre. Nous n’avons pas du tout vu notre hôte. Au téléphone il semblait gentil.

Le seul point négatif était vraiment la propreté de la chambre qui laissait à désirer.

Опыт был не очень хороший. Приехали в 11.15, ждали человека, который даст доступ в комнату, когда он пришел, оказалось, что комната не готова после прошлых гостей, мы переоделись и ушли гулять, но заселение официально с 11, у этому времени все должно быть готово, люди приезжают из разных стран, дорога длинная и часто хочется отдохнуть. В качестве завтрака дают ваучер на кофе и бриош в кафейне напротив, так что смысла платить лишнее нет.

Forse avevo letto male io, ma pensavo di avere bagno/servizi in stanza e non in comune nel corridoio. Perfetti, pulitissimi, ospiti molto discreti, tutto 0k!. Ma ci tornerò.

Pas de verre d’eau dans la chambre. Je suppose que tout le monde a le même code pour ouvrir sa porte de chambre puisque quelqu’un est entré dans ma chambre pendant que j’y étais … Le petit déjeuner proposé (un partenariat avec le café d’en face) était cher pour ce qu’on a eu à mangé. Un café et une viennoiserie. Un peu moyen. On aurait bien mieux mangé si nous avions déjeuné de notre côté …

Belle chambre, quartier calme.

Chambre spacieuse avec salle de bain moderne. L'accès à la mini-cuisine commune était très appréciable.

Si je n'avais pas contacté le responsable avant, je pense que j'aurais trouvé la porte fermée. Il est impératif de téléphoner pour prévenir de son heure d'arrivée, et de rappeler juste avant.

Situato in una zona comoda per i trasporti (consigliato muoversi con i mezzi, che sono frequenti). Location ottima per chi si muove per lavoro o per semplice turismo (col bus ci si mettono 15 minuti per arrivare al centro, con la vettura si avrebbero tempi più lunghi e problemi di parcheggio)

Si spaccia per un b&b ma alla fine è un'affita camere per questo ho pagato a parte per la colazione. Per il check in ho aspettato un paio d'ore davanti la porta dopo che ho avvertito telefonicamente che stavo per arrivare Nell'armadio c'erano oggetti personali di altre persone che sono poi sparite mentre noi eravamo fuori dalla camera (sono entrati in camera metre eravamo fuori)

Bonne adresse pour 1 ou 2 nuits

L'ensemble de l'établissement (un B&B) est tout neuf, bien entretenu. La cuisine est minuscule, mais bien équipée (réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, plaque à induction (1 emplacement), vaisselle, couverts (1 seul couteau et 1 seul verre cependant, pour 4 chambres ...). Le lit était confortable, la salle de bain neuve. Un bureau et des cintres pour pendre ses affaires. Pas d'étagères, ni de tiroirs. Calme car ne donnant pas sur la rue. Le gérant/propriétaire est très aimable. Plusieurs bus allant dans le centre en moins de 10 mns. Très bien désservi pour aller à l'aéroport.

La chambre "Ischia" est minuscule et lugubre alors que la chambre "Napoli" est spacieuse et lumineuse, mais le prix est peut-être plus élevé. En revanche, elle est très calme. Tout dépend de vos priorités. Pour pouvoir s'asseoir au petit bureau, il faut se contorsionner. La douche arrose le reste de la s.d.b. et le lavabo est tellement grand qu'on ne peut quasiment rien poser autour.

Struttura confortevole e ben collegata

Posizione comoda e ben servita dagli autobus che collegano il resto della città. Pulizia soddisfacente anche se si può fare ancora meglio. Struttura accogliente. Ottimo il cucinino messo a disposizione degli ospiti.

La colazione al bar di fronte è un po' scarna. La vista sul cortile interno è un po' spettrale.

Cordialità e disponibilità del gestore. Struttura nuovissima. Stanze sono spaziose e molto pulite. Prezzo ottimo.

Entrato in struttura la mattina bagno non pulitissimo. Poi nel tardo pomeriggio ho notato che era stato pulito. Essendo il bagno in comune non do la colpa alla struttura.
