All inclusive is worth the price
Check out. And when I wanted to bring someone to my room that I was visiting I had to get them a wrist band .

The property was clean and had several dining options.
One of the elevators was out, and there were some construction noises.

Great location near all the night life and the restaurants inside the resort were delicious
The room could have been a little cleaner but nothing major. The elevators were constantly not working and take a long time to get pick you up

The location is great, it is an all inclusive, so they do cover that part well. It is right next to a nice beach and walking distance to cocobongo. While the food not being awesome, there is a good variety. The e-concierge was very responsive and helpful!
Anything that you need staff for. They are very VERY slow to do anything. Plain water is hard to access. And the worst thing was the elevator, which was the slowest I have ever seen in my life, and even worse with the heat.
