I have nothing I didn't like they were always accommodating only thing I wish they had were shower nozzles in some more of the rooms beside rooms with disabilities

It’s was a wonderful I definitely would come back to this property me and my family we had a great time together

The food is average. Also, the "all-inclusive" package isn't truly all-inclusive, as there is only one restaurant open for breakfast and lunch. The buffet isn't a real buffet like you find in other hotels; there are limited seats, and you have to wait in line just to be seated. The food is mostly American-style, and honestly, there is almost nothing to choose from at breakfast. One day, my wife was turned away from breakfast because she was wearing a swimsuit with a cover-up over it. What? This is breakfast, not dinner in a cozy restaurant! We just wanted to grab a quick coffee and go to the pool, but she was forced to go back and change her clothes. We were very unhappy about this. The lady at the entrance was not friendly at all. In general, the staff was indifferent. There was also a lack of activities (many of them due to staff which was not active), and the rooms need renovation. Kids club our kids not really liked
