The hotel was beautiful and breathtaking, the room were spacious and the staff was friendly.
Food selections, some of the restaurants for example the italian restaurants service was slow and food was not that great. More choices need to be available during peak hour like between after lunch and near dinner. Only thing available was the burger joint prior to dinner.

Facilities and beach place in front of pool bar at Coral. Many restaurants to choose every night. Room at Coral rooftop was amazing

Beach facilities, all inclusive package
Disconnect between hotel and Booking.com in terms of what is being offered. Quality of food in main restaurant could improve. Theatre set up for 2026 SWC not great - bar service was poor, sound and visual quality of the projector not great.
