Clean nice hotel

Some staff where really helpfull and some staff really didnt care and didnt want to help. So it was really depending on the staff member you spoke to

Location was wonderful! Across from high end mall, safe, plenty to eat nearby and most importantly the amazing beach was private!! Clean rooms, pools and grounds. The rooms were spacious with kitchens, washers and all the necessities one would need for well over a week. You really don’t need to leave the resort at all to have an amazing time. The resort isn’t “all inclusive” and that’s why we mainly chose it. Space at pool, space in lounges and plenty of space throughout.

The cleaning ladies would ring bell in the morning and if you weren’t ready by 9am they would never come back till late evening. Also, we had concierge wake us up at 9am two days in a row by calling the room to see if we needed anything…most likely trying to find an “in” for their time share appt. As stated before the NON all inclusive aspect was nice, however the food was the same throughout the hotel so it mine as well have been “all-inclusive” with the same menu, same food throughout. Food wasn’t that great and was expensive.
